They add a lot of value to your home and can generate passive income. We can also set up a meeting with our partner architects, manage permitting and inspections and anything else that seems overwhelming and scary. We Love opening kitchens up, adding light, and making them the center of the house. Its also amazing what a bathroom refresh will do for your house. We are also huge fans of the ADU(attached, garage conversion and detached). They bring a new space and can be a passive income yet cost about half of what new homes cost per square foot to build. VIP also offers design inspirations which give you a full picture of what everything will look like together(cabinets, floors, paint, appliances, faucets, etc.) Lastly we can help you get through all the scary stuff, like finding an architect(if you need one) and moving through permitting.
