He initially fixed the problem. I then signed up for his maintenance program and he automatically signed me up for ONE year. Which I have since canceled and wanted to schedule it every 6 months. I've lost track of the number of times I've tried to contact him by either calling or email ( per his instructions) to discuss my program with him. That said.. there appears to be NO follow up protocol and lousy customer service. There's an old adage: "The Fortune is in the Follow-Up". His intentions I'm sure are good. However with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism i cannot honestly recommend his services.

It took more time than Jeff expected but he was patient, easy to understand and a delight to work with. He is moving but can help with computer problems on line or phone. His prices are very reasonable for future needs and he doesn't cost based on time spent but on ieach individual incident. A most unusual way of saving customer cost in this industry that charges per minute. For computers, he's "My Guy Jeff" forever.

Jeff was fantastic. We were experiencing an unwanted pop up that could not be closed. After finding Jeff on Angie's list we called and he promptly responded. After asking a few questions he remotely signed into my computer and fixed the problem by removing the unwanted program. Professional, courteous, helpful, are good words to describe our session. The problem was fixed and he then proceeded to spend a few more minutes recommending other programs he saw that could lead to problems later. Can't say enough about the terrific service. We have used his service numerous times over the past few years. We have been very happy with his services. His pricing is very reasonable.

First, Jeff called me and because I got his information from another website. He asked me what was going on with my computer. He asked me a series of questions and then he asked me did I have time to try some things I told him yes. Then we tried some things and he diagnosed and fixed my computer by screen sharing. I know that is not typical or usual so I am truly grateful. I am so happy that he was able to fix my computer without me disconnecting everything like other people told me I had to do and take a week or two like other companies. If you want someone honest and upfront and tell you what is wrong with your computer then you need to go with Jeff. I am soooo happy that I found Jeff. I will be using Jeff and recommending him for anything small with my friends and anyone else I can find. I am can not tell you how happy I am!!! If I could jump through this screen and scream I would... He was AWESOME!!!!
