We hired Burke to regrade a small section of our land. He came out and gave us a free estimate of the cost of the work and was up front about the scope of the work. His prices seemed reasonable compared with other estimates. The project took four days and Burke was there each day from 8AM to 4PM to personally handle all the work. We couldn't recommend Burke more highly. He is a man of real integrity; dependable and professional on all counts. I'd certainly hire him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Burke MIller was great! Even during the estimate process he paid careful attention to details such as the grading and how the flow of water was going to be maintained after the pool was filled in. This careful attention led to a solid plan that he explained in detail. He was very careful when entering and exiting our yard to not damage a raised planter bed that he had to drive over many times with his equipment. He performed the work very quickly and each day he would explain what was done, what he found an any slight adjustments that had to be made. He provided several invoices that split the payment up based on the work performed. He also took care of all the permitting and arranging for inspections etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Santa Barbara Bobcat for any demo/grading work.

Over three days he took 12 hours in an excavator to remove 8.5 loads of dirt/grass in the dump truck and 1 dump truck load of concrete. Burke was very professional and gave me daily updates in writing telling me about the progress of the job and what to expect the next day. Would definitely use him again.

Called Burke, came over within 24 hrs, shot grade to see what could be done, came up with plan, started work in 5 days, completed work in 3 1/2 days.

He was knowledgeable, work was finished to specifications.
