About us

We offer a dedicated in-house team of expert technicians and web developers, ranging from 5 to 15 years of hands on experience working with customers. We've been serving our customers since 2005 and offer a 30 day guarantee on all work performed. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements are made prior to the appointment. We also offer discounted monthly and annual service agreements for maintaining the health of your computers and or website. All software installations must be accompanied by their original disks and license/serial numbers. Web Services: We prefer to build new sites because it's often less expensive that troubleshooting existing sites. Each situation is unique however and we'll be happy to discuss what your needs are before making any recommendations. We have been using Phase 3 for support and to maintain our office computers for 5 years. (see above)
Description of Work: Have been using Phase 3 since 2009. They have provided all types of computer services for our company, including software, hardware and some phone integration. Phase 3 has provided services remotely and onsite for our 25 unit network in 3 offices in the tri-county area. They are very knowledgable, prompt and responsive. Pricing is fair and negotiable on large jobs. We are happy to recommend Phase 3 to anyone.
