Iken is very knowledgeable and very precise. He carefully examines each job that I was in need of having done. He communicated clearly what my best options were for the jobs I needed.. He gave me his fees right up front and was willing to work with me on prioritizing these jobs. He was very careful to dismantle built in shelving, removing a very large floor to ceiling cabinet, removed vertical blinds in three large rooms and, and took molding down. He neatly and efficiently staked all the material he removed, swept all the flooring in the rooms he worked in and left my house with all jobs completed expertly, He even took extra time to prune an orange tree that had been poorly pruned. It looked 100% better when he finished. It was a pleasure to work with Iken and I hope to work with him again as these house project continues.

The gates I had him install to childproof my staircase would not have worked on my staircase because of the weird structure of the gate fasteners without him buying something at the hardware store to do it. I say this to show how creative he is at solving installation problems and how devoted he is to succeeding at a job. He did a great job. I highly recommend him.
