I would not have gotten such an amazing closing price had she not been the negotiator. I will seek out her Real Estate services in the future and will confidently refer her to friends and family.

Description of Work: Michelle was just what we needed when we didn't even know what exactly it was that we needed. She is very intuitive and genuine. She is is expert of the Santa Barbara area and surrounding areas. She made the the trip and house hunting so much more enjoyable. We would have been lost without her. My husband and I will be calling her in the future for all of our other real estate ventures .

+ -1 moreOur home had been on the market for 18 months with no serious offers. It was time to start fresh with a new agent and a new approach. Michelle Cook was referred to us by an agent in another city. We interviewed other agents and were very impressed by her professionalism and sense for knowing what needed to be done to sell our property. Our choice was the right one. We did have some communication challenges as we weren't informed of her days off however, that was addressed and rectified. This in no way affected the sale of our house. Michelle was attentive to our needs, knowledgeable and efficient. We prepared a plan which included an aggressive marketing strategy, removal of tenants and staging. This was all done in a timely manner and we had multiple offers even BEFORE the open house. Michelle is an asset to the Real Estate community and we are so lucky to have had her as our Agent.

+ -1 moreWe wanted a 2nd home / vacation home in the Santa Barbara area. A neighbor knew Michelle Cook and that she was a top realtor in Santa Barbara. We called her and she went to work finding homes that fit the exact requirements in either Santa Barbara, Montecito or Ojai area. Michelle sent up photos and videos of the home she thought we'd like and we shot up to Santa Barbara for the afternoon and checked out 4 vacation homes. We ended up buying a home in Montecito CA for about half of what they were a few years ago. If you want a great deal on a home, now is a great time to buy and if you want great service, Michelle Cook is the real estate agent for you.
Description of Work: Michelle Cook Real Estate showed us lots of vacation homes to buy in the Santa Barbara CA Montecito CA area. We bought a beach front home near Montecito California. Michelle Cook is a realtor / real estate agent for Southeby's Real Estate in Montecito. Michelle looked at all the MLS (multi listing service) for us, sent up photos and video so we didn't have to go running all over to buy a home.
