We called Karens Kleaning to get an estimate for service. They were polite on the phone and offered a quick estimate on-line. But when we asked them to come to the house and see it to offer a more specific estimate, it was difficult to schedule and they did not call us back. I had to call several times and chose not to work with the company.

It was a very positive experience. They are good workers. Both were efficient, hard working, and did a thorough job.

Karen's Kleaning has been providing housecleaning for me every other week over the last couple months. They always call ahead, arrive on time and do a very good job. I have no complaints.

I have never had my home cleaned for me before, so I have no history to compare with. Two people arrived on time to clean the house, one spoke broken English and the other spoke none. Other than a confirmation call prior to the cleaning day, I had no contact with the business owner. They arrived in a personal car with no business noted on the outside. They said their car leaked oil, so they didn't park in my carport (I appreciated that). I thought they did an excellent job of cleaning everything. My only disappointment was a nick in my bedroom dresser and a permanent crease in a few of the aluminum blinds. I thought I would get a follow-up call from the owner to get my response on the cleaning (satisfied or not), but never did. I know I would have no way to prove that the slight damage was there before they came.

Two people perform this service and I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and they clean it in 2 - 3 hours. On time, very thorough, delightful people. Great quality of work.

Their customer service has always been great. I've never had any issues with them. Their quality of cleaning is great as well.
