Description of Work: Used Haynes multiple times over the last 5-6 years for backed up drains, installation of new toilets & faucets or repairs of the old leaking faucets, etc. and other services I can't remember. Always has performed the service correctly the first time. Don't remember the date of the last service. Available in a timely manner and reasonable cost.

+ -1 moreThe repair process went just fine. Mike is both friendly and professional. He knows what he was doing, and does it well. He had to pick up the Grohe repair kit, so came back on a second visit to do that part of the job, which was absolutely no problem for us. It also gave him a chance to tweak the fittings on the new bathroom faucet, which had developed a very slow drip. He doesn't take credit cards, but sent us a bill via mail a couple of weeks after completing the job.
Description of Work: I got stuck trying to remove the tank from the bowl on a toilet, because the bolts were well rusted. Mike removed the bolts, cleaned up the surfaces, installed a new flapper valve assembly, reassembled the toilet, and adjusted everything. He then installed a new faucet (which we provided) in the same main bathroom, and installed a repair kit to cure a leaking O-ring on a 20-year-old Grohe kitchen faucet.

+ -1 moreHe is excellent. He's prompt and he does a great job. When you don't know what's wrong, he is always able to figure it out and correct it. He's very reasonable and he cleans up after things really well. We are really happy with him.
Description of Work: We have used him a number of times. He's done plumbing repair and installation for us. He was able to figure out something that was wrong with the whole condo unit for where my mom lives.
