Four Seasons Garden Orchard Service

No good. see coments. Was good in beginning then we kept getting added costs each month. For example hauling and dumping fees when we have green bins at property which were sufficient. Charged more than competing services and job was substandard. Huge bare spot in lawn never remedied. Hedges in spots grew but 4-6 ft in areas on side of house not seen from street which were completely ignored even when I asked for them to be trimmed. I spent lots of money to trim all hedges and they were not kept up. Any questions regarding sprinklers, etc I was told he had to bring in a specialist for that at 50.00 per hour and he could not give me an estimate on how many hrs it would take. I felt good when I initially met Steve but after that, he just had his crew come by and were unsupervised and the work was not checked. Recycled mulch brought it and was filled with painted wood and garbage. It took hours to try to clean it out. Plants died and were not replaced unless I asked about it. Then I was charged for each item, fertilizer, hauling, pruning, etc. I though pruning was considered maintenance but I was wrong. All they did was blow the yard and cut the grass one one property. We had 2 properties and used this service for one year and was not happy so we cancelled the service. We now have a gardener who has remedied all of the problems in the 1st week of hire. I made call to the owner who would always tell me how much work they did in the yard but we did not see results.

This company has worked for me over the past 3 years and have found them to be courteous, helpful and always willing to do any extra work requested.

My experience has always been excellent.
