+ -1 moreDrew is always cheerful, talkative, though sometimes to talkative. Seems quite honest, and always helpful with suggestions for maintenance. Of the local plumbers we have used, he has been the best. Carroll Plumbing finished a job without appropriate cleanup, and Goodland Plumbing never returned calls to name two.
Description of Work: Unplug a stopped drain in a pedestal sink, and repair sink drain mechanism.

+ 0 moreThe water heater was making a strange loud humming noise and he discovered that this was caused due to a dripping of water from one of the toilets. He fixed the toilet and that fixed the water heater. He is very reasonable and he very slow in sending the bill. He had to change a ceramic part in a dripping closet. I will use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used Drew's Plumbing & Drains ten days back to trouble shoot the water heater which was making a strange loud noise. I have used them earlier also.

+ -1 moreGood - toilet leaked, now it doesn't. Arrived on time, pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: We had water leaking from the bottom of the toilet. I've set several toilets myself and decided I could do this one more time. I tried, it didn't work, I called Drew's Plumbing after finding his name on Angies. We talked, he suggested I just try again, that it actually sounded as if I knew what I was doing. Time and willingness on my part just said "when can you be here?" He told me when he would arrive the next morning. The next morning he called 15 minutes before the scheduled time, said he might be 10 minutes late, but arrived as originally scheduled! He's a talker - as he worked on the toilet, he'd stop and ask if I knew so and so, or where did I go to school, or whatever. I feared the price tag was going up, but at the end of the job (he'd been there almost 2 hours), he said he'd bill me in the next week or two for the minimum hour. You can't beat that, and the toilet doesn't leak, AND I learned a couple of things. Nice guy, nice work, I'll use Drew for any future plumbing problems.

+ -1 moreHe is pretty much a one man show. He is very caring and will not leave a job until he completely satisfied. He is very creative with his solutions to my plumbing problems. He is always willing to work you into his schedule. He is always on time even if he is fitting me in at the last minute. I believe that his prices are below average.
