Description of Work: The plumber replaced the device that stops the water from draining from our bathtub. He was informative in that he explained best case/worse case scenarios before he even began, and when finished explained exactly what the problem was and how he had fixed it. It fortunately turned out to be the best case scenario. He left the work area as neat as when he had arrived.

 + -1 moreIt went fine and he offered to answer any other questions that I had while he was there. I was satisfied with his assessment and was mostly looking for him to verify what I already thought. He was very nice and answered a couple of other questions I had and left.
Description of Work: I had a question about a possible leak and he checked it out and said it was most likely not a leak and I shouldn't worry about it. There was a damp spot on the concrete after I pulled up the vinyl floor in my bathroom. He looked at all the plumbing in the area and concluded that it was unlikely that there was water coming up from a drain under that spot.

 + 0 moreShowed up right away, fixed the immediate problem, and arranged to come back to follow up next day. Great to deal with, and explained clearly the problem and the solution.
Description of Work: Cleaned out clogged pipes, replaced toilet valves, de-calcified, reset toilet with new wax ring, troubleshot other possible problems and recommended fixes.
