Description of Work: Kellin did quality work. The problem is he gave me sad story about not being able to buy groceries or pay his auto insurance. So I made final payment and he never showed up again after that. When I called he told me that he had underpriced the work and wouldn't finish it. He left me hanging and lost four jobs from friends who were going to hire him before he bailed on me. Before quitting the pace of his work had slowed to a crawl and he was only showing up for a couple of hours a day. Bad business!
