They never called me back, not even to let me know they didn't have someone available; I had to go with another company.

Very well. They are all really experienced and pleasant to have around. The remodel was very successful.

Fearing that my Saturday was going to be ruined trying to get someone out here to check it out, I called up Nathaniel from Channel Plumbing and left him a message - hoping he'd give me a call back soon. And of course, I called me right back. He explained that while his day wasn't very flexible, he was quite concerned about the leak. So he adjusted his day and came out here regardless. That, in itself, was amazing. Plumbers have lives too - but he cares enough about his customers to do whatever he can to make things work. (This wasn't the first time Nathaniel had come by our place in an emergency on the weekend - but it just goes to show that it's not just a one-time thing.) He got out here when he said he'd be here, checked it all out and fixed the problem quickly. Everything went GREAT. Hands down, the most trustworthy plumber I've met. And he's a really nice guy in general. :) He'll always be the first person I call for any of our plumbing needs.

Channel Plumbing Inc is a service we have used 3 times. The second time we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They sent a really nice and professional employee or subcontractor who did the job and solved the problem, and cleaned really well his mess after done. However, a couple months later the problem persisted and our main line was clogged again. This time the owner came over (Nathaniel), who also came the first time we used them about 3 years ago. The owner treats his employees in a very unkind manner to say the least. He actually had terrible arguments with one of them in our property, and we could hear the swearing, etc. It was so unpleasant we really didn't feel like dealing with him anymore after that incident (which was totally unrelated to us or the job in our property.) The guy kept answering his cell phone all the time while performing the job. It was very annoying and a disruption to get it done as quickly as possible. He also was not very considerate or clean and left a mess for us to clean up better. He also installed a couple of faucets, but one of them was left loose and leaking (we actually ended up fixing this ourselves later.) This owner seems like he is only in it for the money and really acts like a money-monger; he would not care about client or situation. If he comes to your house and sees that you have a decent property, he will unethically crank up the cost estimate. Also, his service was never punctual and changed appointments on us a few times. With so many plumbing services around, we'd rather call others and would never again use this service or recommend it.
