Description of Work: Terrible work ethics and deceptive add on charges. Not reliable, in providing services, in a timely manner. Low grade products at disputed charges. Owner, Rocco Norton very, unprofessional, AFTER Receiving his questionable charges. Exposing my home to asbestos removal, without an authorized inspection. Much more disappointments in service and do not recommend!

Description of Work: I bought carpet from them about a year and a half ago. There was something wrong with the seam. They said they were going to contact the mill and they were going to replace it. The mill didn't and they also are not willing to replace. They finally delivered a replacement carpet. They cut the piece wrong. So they want to place three seams in one room.
