Anacapa does good quality work and at reasonable prices. They were supposed to come on a Monday but they had some mechanical problems with their trucks and ran out of time to make it out to our place. Our irrigation system hasn't worked for two weeks due to the seized valve and I told them that it was critical to get that work done. The owner Sharin came out that day to release the seized valve (which allowed the irrigation system to work) and we rescheduled the rest of the work for later in the week. He didn't charge us for his initial visit to un-seize the valve since they couldn't do all of the work. I thought that was classy move. They clearly care about customer service. I would use them again in the future.

Came home one evening and found water all over my kitchen floor. I traced the leak to under the sink, mopped up, and placed a bucket to catch the dripping water. Next day I called Anacapa Plumbing and spoke to Jeremiah. He said he could be there that morning and gave me a time window of 2 hours. It was actually Jeremiah who showed up, right on schedule. As well as being prompt, he was cheerful, courteous and very professional. He pinpointed the problem within minutes, showed it to me, then told me what was needed to fix it. The leak was repaired quickly and effectively (so far anyway). I appreciated the fact that Jeremiah did not try to hard sell me on any other repairs. And I thought that the cost was very reasonable. I have a few other plumbing jobs that I will need to have addressed in the near future. I will not hesitate to call Anacapa Plumbing again. Jeremiah is now my go-to guy when it comes to plumbing.

The kitchen sink had been completely plugged, and the plumber used a large snake to unplug it. He successfully completed the job in about a half hour. The bathroom sink and tub was periodically plugged in the past, and he completed the job in about 15 minutes for both. He found the pipes partly corroded and suggested we pour Clorox down the drain every month. I handled everything in a professional manner and we will use the company again.
