We had our windows prepped and painted as well as having the old window glazing removed and replaced. Painters did a very good job, and they showed up when they said they would. Their price was very reasonable.

We hired Affordable Painting company in November of 2016 to paint the exterior of our two story home, which also included the eaves, gutters, trim and a pergola that covers our front entryway. Robert (owner) and his crew did an outstanding job - one that exceeded our expectations. They showed up every day - on time - and worked a full day which allowed the project to get done in the amount of time promised. At the end of each word day, the painters cleaned up their work space and moved their equipment into a corner of the yard - keeping our house clean and open to any foot traffic. Robert checked in with us regularly to make sure that our expectations were being met throughout the project. He also encouraged us to let him know if we had any concerns along the way. Their bid was competitive with other quotes we received, but the professionalism that Robert displayed during the initial meeting convinced us that this was the company to hire. Other painters I met with expected me to find my own subs for woodwork and glass replacement. Rob at Affordable handled all the dealings with subcontractors. Affordable wasn't the lowest bid I received, but I felt most comfortable with Rob's attention to detail and his positive attitude toward all the little things that needed to be handled. Robert came out twice to our place to ensure the job was well-documented and he understood what we wanted. He was kind and listened well, and gave us a competitive offer. The men who did the work were also professional and did a fantastic job. We got our entire interior painted with ceilings, had ceilings textured, had new baseboards caulked and painted, new doors/casings caulked, primed and painted, large cracks in the walls and around windows fixed, and wainscoating painted. It looks WONDERFUL, and they fixed things I keep noticing that I didn't even ask them to do. The quote was honored, and they gave us lots of options to decrease the price if we wanted to do some of it ourselves.
