Description of Work: The problem with this repair experience is that he charged for both the diagnosis and the repair The other repair businesses spoken to when |estimates were being taken said that the diagnosis charge would be credited toward the repair if they were chosen. This question was mistakenly not asked of this business and when combined with his $100/hr. labor charge, we found the total quite high for not quite 2 hrs. work.

+ -1 moreThey came out to deal with my fridge. The problems were basically maintenance issues that I did not know about. They did not make me feel stupid but fixed it and showed me what to do in the future. Then when the bill came, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was only $45.00 Great deal. Good tech. Very happy.

Description of Work: My washing machine (15 year old) broke down. Darrell was recommended by a friend. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He gave me several estimates with various prices. Explaining the positives and negatives of each. My washer was fixed within one day of calling him.
