Really great to work with. Reasonable estimate and beautiful work. The whole team is very considerate of your property with good communication and follow-through. We love our newly refinished wood floors, they came out way better than expected!

They also installed kitchen cabinets and appliances. Very neat and efficient. Great job on floors and kitchen. Enjoyed working with Sean and his crew.

They did a VERY good job redoing my floor and I was very happy with them, until I got an additional invoice for $490.50 to move my stove, fridge, rug, couch and table into another room to get the job done. And not even place to items back after the job was done! I am so very disappointed because I was going to hire them for 2 other jobs.

Sean and Kathy Guzman of San Andres Hardware came to my house today and installed a cabinet to put my modems and CPU in. Not only did they install the cabinet but they re-hooked up all the cables once they did. I was so glad they came. In addition to the cabinet I had them install a towel bar. They were on time, very professional, personable & knowledgeable and I DEFINITELY will call them for additional things I need done. I HIGHLY recommend them..... :-) If I could show you a before and after picture I would. BIG difference.

So far, Sean Guzman of San Andres has performed two tasks: Cleaned and Sealed my kitchen floor tile Bonded and repainted a damaged window frame. He will do two more or more tasks soon.

There is nothing I dislike about this company.

They were very informative. They knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciated their honesty. They had great work ethic. They cleaned up after themselves and the job was completed on time. It was nice working with a company I can trust.
