This job should’ve cost no more than $150. I paid them $243.57! They have me in collections for an addition $250, because they’re technician couldn’t figure out why there system wasn’t working correctly!

They call me to set an appointment. Their price depends on what cycle of the year we are on. It is anywhere from $100 to $800, so it has a really wide range and it depends on which things need to be changed. They do excellent work. They will call me again and will take care of everything.

I felt the price was fine.

Water Techniques has treated me unfairly. Due to Water Techniques taking a reading of my water pressure at the wrong source, they initially failed to take a correct read of the water pressure, thus installing an inadequate regulator. This inadequate regulator made our pipes violently shake, which caused several thousand dollars of damage to my residence. I gave Water Techniques a chance to fix the problem and in their attempt they could not. They said they would get back to me, but they never did. Four days later I was forced to call a plumbing specialist. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and confirmed that Water Techniques installed an inadequate regulator. After calling Water Techniques they told me they would take care of the expenses, so I sent them the plumbers? invoices. It was at this time, that they changed their mind from accepting fault to blaming the DWP, suggesting that my water pressure was way too high and this was the cause of my damages. After consulting with DWP and learning that my water pressure was normal for the area I live in, I went back to Water Techniques at which time they took the position that they did nothing wrong and have declined taking care of any of the damages. I feel I?ve been lied to, taken advantage of and discriminated against because I am a woman. I have attempted to settle the matter amicably, but Water Techniques has refused to accept any responsibility for its actions.
