I contacted Warren Julian at 9:00 A.M on 3/24/15. He was at my home in less than one hour. Through a series of testing he found the exact trouble spot. No guess work..... he knew exactly what he had to do for the fix. The job went well and was fixed that day!!! Warren was professional and polite. I thought his prices were very fair.Tom

Too good. Since we run a homeless shelter, he failed to charge us! He was fast and free - but I hope he charges us if he ever returns.
Description of Work: Warren installed a "P" type outlet for a 20amp toaster. He identified a circuit capable of carrying the current and fitted the proper plug.

Warren is one of the nicest and most competent people I've had the pleasure of working with, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing electrical work performed. From the initial day of work to completion, I knew I had made the right decision; Warren was respectful of our home and our time, and every bit of work he performed was neat, looked great, and most importantly functioned 100% correctly.
Description of Work: Warren performed several tasks necessary to hook up a 240V electric car charger in my garage. I didn't have the required wiring from my panel to the location the charger would be mounted, so Warren added a two pole 40A breaker to my panel (rearranging other breakers as necessary and labeled unknown breakers at the same time), ran a short distance of stucco mounted conduit from the panel to the attic (he offered to run the wiring inside the wall, but I opted for external conduit), ran appropriately shielded wiring to the garage, ran conduit down to the charger station, and mounted and hooked up the charger. Warren also suggested and performed some low cost eye-sore fixes as he worked on the house, and cleaned up loose cabling the previous owners had left hanging out of the walls in the garage for no cost. On top of that, as Warren worked in the attic, he noticed a few safety hazards and fixed those for free. We had a kitchen light which would randomly go out and come back on which has since not had an issue!
