Luis has done two jobs for us. The first one involved extensive roof repair, painting and cement replacement. The second job (ongoing now) is removing wood on the front of the house and stuccoing it Our third job will be remodeling our laundry room. He will remove a closet and cupboards and install new cabinets. He maintains a very clean work environment and does an excellent job. He has also offered helpful suggestions. Valencia Construction has done a great job for us.

Experienced company in terms of home improvement and renovations, as well as customer service. However depending on what project you have in mind, make sure you haggle! You will want to negotiate a price up front, since they will ask for the values well north of work required for your project.

I rarely leave reviews, however these guys were amazing! Luis was on top of everything and did it with a great attitude. He was a great communicator from the initial conversation until they finished the job. The quality of their work was superb and their pricing was very reasonable.
