They provided excellent service. They are professional and they show up. The quality seems to be fine.

They did well. They responded quickly and we set it up. Everything went fine. They were very customer oriented. They followed through and sent me a report. They are customer service oriented. The turn around time was excellent.

The experience with The Termite Guy was good. They were professional, they came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do.

The representative came to the house and walked around. He did not look in the attic, explaining why doing so wouldn't reveal any useful information. He was informative about Termites and what to expect. He prepared an estimate of work in several areas amounting to over $1600. After consideration I requested services for about $700 of the work. The rep did not readily return phone calls. He indicated he'd be willing to do the work, but wasn't very responsive. Apparently they only wanted to honor the $500 credit if I elected to have all of the services they recommended. Although that is not an unreasonable condition, it was never stated or written. I requested a refund from Angie's list and received it promptly. As no work was done, I have no comment on the quality of their work. I recommend that all parties clarify the limitations of special offers up front.

The process took a day longer than expected. The first day they tented and treated the house. The second day they aired out the house. I returned that second evening, but I has having some reactions because they did not properly air out the house. I ended up calling the company and leaving for the rest of the evening. They came first thing in the morning and brought numerous fans. I met up with them; I pretty much had to handle the airing out of the house. I helped them set up the fans, and then they left. They said they'd be back to pick up the fans after a few hours. I was disappointed with the service after the tenting--everything up to that point had been wonderful.

Great service and responsiveness, on time. Our service technician did the treatment on our roof. Then he noticed another spot on our front door and did a treatment there.

They did a good inspection - located all the problems - and gave me a bid. The bid was simply far too high.

They were very prompt. The technician was extremely informative and now I know what to look for and how to prevent. They provided ant traps just in case I needed them which was great. Their price was great and they were very responsive. He put some additional treatment on just in case. I called to follow up on some questions and he came back out and noticed an area of concern and reapplied another treatment. Theresa in the office was great and was able to give me a quote over the phone that they stuck to.

They were on time. They did the job. They did what they were supposed to. They told that the chemical they were using were not harmful to children and plants. I would recommend them.

The representative from The Termite Guy who came out and inspected my home and garage and prepared the bid to tent them to eradicate the termites was great. (I knew I had a termite problem already and had already obtained two other bids.) He showed up on time, and was courteous, thorough, and professional. The bid was excellent. Of the three bids for tenting that I obtained, this bid was the lowest by a few hundred dollars, taking into account the Angie's List $500 discount I bought for $99. All communications with The Termite Guy were via email and/or follow-up telephone calls, and the representatives I communicated with were always prompt and helpful. All the way up to the day I arranged to move my family and pets out of the house for the weekend so that the tenting could be performed, everything went well. Then I learned at the last minute that the tenting of my house and garage was going to be performed by a sub-contractor, and not by The Termite Guy, with whom I had contracted. That bothered me, especially since no one had mentioned it in advance.. Then I also learned at the last minute as we were preparing to drive out of town to stay with family for a long weekend while the work was going to be performed, that the sub-contractor could not tent the garage at the same time as the house because there was a fence in the way that had to be taken down. So we had the house tented that weekend, and then had to make alternative arrangements so that the garage could be separately tented at a later time. It seemed to me that the original inspector who gave us the bid should have been able to determine that the fence was going to be a problem so that we could have moved it to allow for the garage to be tented at the same time as the house. That would have been much more convenient. In the end, I appreciated that I was not charged anything more by The Termite Guy for the two separate tentings that had to be done, and as far as I can tell, all termites are gone.

Misleading Big Deal. Change the ad to be more clear. It implied that I would get $99 worth of treatments. Not so.

They did do a thorough job. They were very professional. I thought their price was high. They did good work. The only problem that we had was the deck part.

I used this company because they had a special on Angie's List of $500 of termite treatment for $99. The initial inspector seemed a nice enough fellow, however neither he nor the company gave me any prep instructions for the work I ended up scheduling with them. I had Termite Heat Treatment done for Drywood Termites to the front of my house, and Injection Treatment done for Subterranean Termites in the back of my house. Turns out that this heat treatment can melt candles in the room, so I had to scramble around and move stuff out of the room when the people showed up to do the work. They propped up an old tarp with some old poles both on the inside and outside of my front walls. The area didn't appear to be sealed that well, and the poles left dirty marks on my ceiling which I later discovered. Many of my friends have since said that I paid way too much ($2,100 after the discount) for the small area I had treated.

They came and sprayed the outside perimeter of house. Within just a few days the ants were gone and I haven't had a problem since.

See above. The Termite Guy was a Big Deal offer and they had no problem handling the volume of requests- as opposed to other Big Fral providers I've tried. Highly recommend.

The Inspector found no evidence of termites and was finished in 45 minutes. I appreciated his kind, personal service and will engage him in the future if further attention is needed.

They were very punctual and easy to talk to and can up with a plan that we understood and the follow up visits really helped as at one point we they were and quot;swarmingand quot;. We will continue to use this co. for further inspections etc.

Technician walked all around house, pointed out areas with termite and termite damage. Not extensive enough to have work done.

They were efficient, on time and we just decided to go with someone else because we have a little more work that is outside their experience.

They quickly returned our call and scheudled an inspection in a timely manner.

The inspector was very nice, prompt and polite. He even came back when i had questions about a area I thought he missed. I am just disappointed that I wasted $99 only to get an inspection.

Purchased a discounted inspection with money to be applied to any service performed. The inspector showed up on time, and gave a thorough inspection of interior and exterior, finding a few spots on the exterior that had been missed by the condo association's inspector 18 months or so before. No termite damage was found on the interior, and when we notified the association of the exterior damage were told they'd have it taken care of, so we did not have any services performed by this vendor at the time. Even after the $500 credit, the estimate for just a couple of spots on the exterior was $300, which went well beyond what I was expecting. We didn't get a second estimate since the damage found was on the outside. But my experience with the inspector was entirely positive.

I had a pleasant experience with this company. The service people who came to inspect and treat were very friendly and knowledgable, as was the woman I spoke to on the phone at their headquarters. I would gladly use them again.

We found another Angie's list provider who did a great job for much less.

On arrival, the termite man came and looked very carefully over the job. He found a few termites outside, which I did not realize I had festering. He pointed them out after his initial inspection. He did not feel I needed to tent my home at this time. Told me he would get back to me in a few days with a complete estimate and work order. They did just as they said they would and gave a very detailed work order that was easy to understand and also gave the name of the chemicals they would use. The exterminator came on the agreed date of service, completed the job very carefully and thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs termite work.
