Did the termite inspection, as advertised.

We had a lot of difficulty scheduling due to issues on our end, and by the time I got back to them, the deal had expired and they were not willing

We ended up paying for an estimate, even though it was going to give us a credit towards work, his work was so expensive, that we couldn't use the credit. His quote was so much more than other estimates that we had. He was on time, and professional, but his services are over priced. Anybody will come and give you a free estimate, and I feel like I was ripped off, because I paid 99 Dollars for getting an estimate. If you can't use somebody because their prices are too high, I feel like they just took us for a ride.

His price was thousands of dollars more for the same service. One service actually told me I didn't have them. So even with the big discount, if I have them, which I am not sure of now from the last report, he was still thousands of dollars more foe the exact same service he quoted me for so this is apples for apples comparison.

They were okay. He did all the stuff that he was suppose to and then he gave us an estimate if we wanted more stuff done but he didn't charge us any extra at the time. There was nothing bad.

It was great. We have used them in the past, they have always been really nice and helpful. It has been fantastic. Every time we have to contact them they are right there, they came right away and it was really good. They have great prices.

inspector did a thorough job, was professional and sent me an estimate soon after. I did not end up using this company because they were so thorough I could not afford all the work that my house needed.

He arrived early in the morning with two other men. He walked around my home with them, then left! I was under the impression that he would be around to supervise. That was not the case. The two men were very pleasant, but had hardly any English, so it was difficult to converse with them. About an hour later I went around the house to see what had been done. Instead of the termite infested fascia board being replaced as promised they were just being sprayed to kill the termites, then repaired with wood filler. I immediately told the men to stop (which was difficult - no English). They called the owner, whom, I understand, told them to carry on. One of the men, probably the supervisor, started removing the infested fascia boards down. From then on the work was done as originally promised. Since then they have been back to my home three or four times to deal with another influx of termites in my kitchen ; and to redo some of the areas that had already been done. I still have termites throughout my kitchen.

The inspector was well informed and very communicative. We opted not to use their services after obtaining a second opinion that revealed some other issues.

I would never use them again. They didn't do anything that other companies don't already do for free.

The provider was very professional. Excellent reply when contacted for service appointment. Called with appointment time and confirmed date and time. I did not think the service price was in a fair range. I did not follow through with their service as offered.

He was late but did not call to say he was going to be late. We are very disappointed in Angie's List services. All of your specials are for estimates. You have to purchase the services before you realize any cost saving. For us, it is a big scam. We believe a termite service would have come out for free to give us an estimate, not charge us $100 or it. Based on this guy's late arrival and his seeming lack of concern that he was late, we will no longer be purchasing any of Angie's List specials. We probably won't renew our membership because we have other sources that rate service professionals. We usually get 3 estimates before we hire anyone to do work. Angie's List limits us to their providers, and, since we were not satisfied with this company, we now do not trust your references. You blew it, Angie's List.

I had to wait to have the work performed. They seemed to have misplaced the paperwork, found it and we finally got the job started. The gentleman came out and did a survey of the work that would need to be done. I had to contact them in order to get the quote. I was not very impressed with this company. I ended up not hiring them to finish the job. I think there were many communication problems in this company. The initial survey was thorough but the remainder of my experience was poor.

I didn't pay for this service, we had just bought our house and the woman that sold it to us contracted the Termite Guy. I called them after receiving the inspection and not only was met by a very helpful person in the office, but was able to speak directly with Ishmail the inspector who did the job. He couldn't have been nicer, more patient or knowledgable. The work they did was all good, you'd never know they replaced anything. Additionally, they insured the clay tile roof against damage. As expected when walking on a tile roof, several tiles were broken after the tenting, but someone was out within a couple days to replace them. Looks perfect, they did a great job.

Took a while to get an appointment - Inspector was thorough but could not tell old repaired damage from new damage. he caused some additional damage with his probe on an old termite site that had been previously repaired.and then wrote the area us as infected. I don't like the idea of people coming to my house and then sending me huge reports when I do not feel they are entirely accurate. They did find an additional area that had damage. They did treat one area in my kitchen and gave a one year guarantee.

They came and got down to business, they were here and done in no time at all.

They did the inspection only in the exterior of the house. At first, I thought they did a good job. I asked if they needed to go up the attic or under the house. They said no. I later had a different company, recommendation from a friend, and they went through the entire house including the attic and crawled under the house. For just a little more, the other company tented the house and garage versus this company that wanted to do just a local treatment. After getting a second company to inspect the house, I really wonder what the price would have been from the Termite Guy if I didn't have the coupon for service. It just makes me wonder.

It was not really that good of deal, felt like I could have gotten a better estimate for free.

He came out looked and said I do not need termite control because of what it was made of. We did prevent termite on the staircase. He was good and honest. He will tell you want you need or not need.

It was fairly simple and easy. We weren't there when they came but it looked like they had been there. We haven't had a problem since then because we were having problems with ants but since that time, we have not.

He did point out a couple of areas, but I found that he was primarily was trying to sell us a bid for tenting.

The Termite Guy's representative was very professional when he arrived. He seemed like a very well trained professional. It just seemed like they weren't very interested in finding termites. He did check the house and did the underground check. The day after I went in the garage and I have a car cover on my car, and there were little wings and termite bodies all over them. So I put them in a little envelope and I mailed them, I think I e-mailed them too, and I said "I think I do have termites in the garage, can you tell me if these are termites?" I looked them up and they were, but the damp wood kind. I never heard back. So I called them and said, I sent you some evidence of what I think might be termites, and they said "Oh, we never got it." I ended up getting my money back because they didn't seem interested in coming and checking it out. I got the impression that they weren't very customer oriented.

These guys were really unbelievable. They came back two or three times and I found out that the problem was my fault. I had another trader in the area who left some food unattended and the moths kept on multiplying because it was hidden. They didn't charge me one nickel when they came out the other two times. They were professional, friendly, service oriented, and will definitely go above and beyond. They're fabulous and their price was very reasonable.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service, where $500 worth of services was done. I think it was a discounted rate. The worth of service was from $99 to $500, and the total bill was under $500. My interaction with them was great. My overall experience with them was good. They were quick and fast. They didn't waste my time.
