Description of Work: We wanted a termite inspection (not because our house was in escrow). The inspector was over 2 hours late, even though I called twice to confirm the time. We were the first appt of the day. The inspector found some dry rot, and we asked for an estimate. We also were interested in the yearly maintenance plan. After measuring the house and garage, he gave us a price. Because he was so late, we did not have time to look over the contract, so we asked for a couple of days to decide. He said the price was good for 30 days. A couple of days later, he called to tell us the yearly plan would be nearly twice as much! He had mis-measured. He still did not have an estimate for the dry rot. I later called his supervisor (the inspector was now on vacation) who finally gave us the estimate for the dry rot. The supervisor did not know why he was so late, or why the price for the yearly plan changed. We will not be using them.

Description of Work: We had a concern if we were getting bites from insects or from internal body reaction to something else. The service provider was very prompt. Came to our house with 40 minutes to assess our situation. With his wealth of information on insects and pests he was able to eliminate certain pests and made very informative suggestions. Based on his comments and honesty we will call the Company back for any pet control that we might need in the future.

When we called them, gave an appointment and came right away, this was free of cost. We are organic farmers of fruits and vegetables and they take care not to disturb them.

+ 0 moreIf I see something later they will always come back. The same guy, Paul, has been spraying my home for fifteen years. He is great. However, anybody at the office is always willing to get on the phone and help you. I have made specific requests and they have always honored them. I am happy with their service.

The people who come are very pleasant and helpful. They are reasonably priced. If there was a problem or they were not A service then I wouldn't be using them.

+ -1 moreWe have them every other month, we have been with them over a year and they do really good work. They charge $68 for each visit but if I have any problems, they would come as many times as it takes, for free. We don't have them do the inside because we have a dog, we just don't want to take a chance. I would definitely recommend them; several of our neighbors use them. The guys that come out are always very courteous and helpful. If I have my trashcan out, they will bring it in for me on trash day. They are always really polite, really very good and they explain what they are going to do. The price is comparable.
Description of Work: I use Llyod Pest Control for pest control services. They sprayed the front yard and the backyard for ants. They also cleaned the cobwebs up above on the eaves.

+ -1 moreI've been using them for over two years and have no complaints. They come out each month to check the traps, clean them and reset them and then every 3 months to spray. The same technician comes out each time and he does a good job with everything.

+ -1 moreOkay. I realize I've inverted my answers but my copy function doesn't work here so I'll just have to leave it this way. The quarterly service includes: inspection of entire front, back and side yards. Consultation with me about any particular problems. Sprays perimeter of house and lawns for ants, spider, fleas, etc., and any special problems I might have. No problems whatsoever. Never have had a problem since I began working with them in 1990.
Description of Work: I've been with Lloyd Pest Control since 1990. Never a complaint from from me. They are thorough. If you have a problem between services (quarterly) they come out, free of charge. The work is effective. I have a dog and they are very cautious of what they use because of her. They call ahead so I know to lock her up if I'm not going to be home. They also have been doing my termite inspections/fumigation. Same comments. And when they do the yearly check for termites, they DO NOTconveniently find damage that has to be fixed. My previous company did! You might pay a little more but they are worth every penny spent: Effective, environmentally safe, considerate of people and pets, professional, back their word with their deeds. The $92.00 I spend is quarterly. This includes and extra visits between treatments. Can't go wrong with them.

+ -1 moreThey called me a few days ago asking us to set up another appointment because they come out once a quarter. They show up when they say they are going to show up. We haven't had any problems with any bugs, since we have used them as far as ants, spiders, or fleece in the backyard. They are timely, and their product works. They stick to their appointment time. The technicians who come out are always friendly, and they know what to do if I have any questions about anything, or if needed any other services done. They offered me to do a termite inspection before. They seemed to be very genuine and friendly. Their price was comparative to the other prices we researched for similar services by the company.
Description of Work: We have a service contract with Lloyd Pest Control, and they came out about three months ago. They have been doing our home for 3-4 years.

+ -1 moreHe told that he thought the terminate damage was old. In the current infestation it would be not worth treating at this point. He was professional and responsive. I did like him. He seemed knowledgeable and responsive but I didn't want to do, what he wanted to be done. The price was good because I didn't want to do fumigation. I might consider them using in the future.
Description of Work: Lloyd Pest Control gave us quote for just doing the wood repair and no termite treatment on February 21st.

+ -1 moreThey usually call first to see if there is anything in particular we would like them to do. They only spray on the exterior. We don't have to be here, we just have to leave the gate open. The price would depend on the size of the lot and what they are spraying for. I do like the fact that they call ahead of time. When they are here if we are not they will do what they need to do. I haven't had to contact them about anything they need to respond to so far. I think the price is adequate.
