The BBQ Grill Outlet

The sales part of our experience was very professionally handled, but the delivery/service portion was far less than satisfactory. When the BBQ was delivered, the wood floor in our home was damaged. Further, the stainless steel of the $6,000 BBQ was stained by the plastic film used to protect it prior to delivery. The delivery service technician should have cleaned it properly and thoroughly, especially considering what we paid. When we attempted to contact the company owners to discuss the floor damage, they did not personally reply. They had our salesman respond, and he had no power to do anything other than apologize. When we were finally able to 'corner' one of the owners, he told us that it was our responsibility for the damage, and referred us to his partner who "knew the details of our transaction." The other owner NEVER had the courtesy to return our calls. When we enquired about cleaning the stainless steel, we were told how to do it by the salesman. What he told us did not work. However, when we went to Pacific Sales to enquire about buying the same BBQ, they told us exactly how to clean it, and it did work. Our intent was to return the BBQ to BBQ Grill Outlet, and buy the same grill from Pacific Sales. The only reason we did not end-up doing this, was that we needed to finally (after more than 3 weeks of not using it at all) use the BBQ for a party and could not wait to take delivery from Pacific Sales. .
