After explaining the job in detail with Joe, we scheduled time to go over our project onsite and take measurements. Agreed upon day/time came around and went and no-show and no-call. I called, e-mailed, and texted Joe to see if he was still coming. Received a text message back 3 hours later that basically said "sorry I didn't make it". I took time off of work to make this appointment, so it's frustrating to have my time wasted like this. After 9 days, there has been no attempt to reschedule or salvage the relationship. That had to be the most frustrating part.
Description of Work: Replace front and side entry doors.
