+ -1 moreWe got so disappointed with the first part of the door repair work that I cancelled everything else.. Good skills but a very poor professional to work with: a) Does not provide estimates - thinks his time too valuable to give estimates, b) Overcharged me in terms of hours ( i am being kind in not calling him dishonest), c) Got upset when I asked for receipt for materials I paid for, d) Took materials I paid for (paint, consumables) and returned it very reluctantly after I called 5 times... Good skills, poor professional. Bottom line, not worth the hassle....Will never work with him again..
Description of Work: Hired him to do repair first the patio door followed by patio cover. The repair work included replacing wood that had rotten, putting a new deadbolt lock and painting the door.
