Cenmar and his team did a fantastic job replacing our bathroom vanity and installing a new mirrored cabinet. They were efficient, professional, and completed the project on time and to our exact specifications. We were especially impressed with the care they took to leave the workspace clean and tidy. We would definitely hire them again!

29 March -21 April 2015: It went very good. Approx 3-6 April 2015: Initial inspection and estimated labor, material etc ., was completed and submitted to us and our insurance company. 6-10 April 2015: Coordination between Sparkle (Cenmar Fuentes) and the issuance adjuster resulted in a re-work/ more detailed "Scope of Work" bid and submittal approx 14 April 2015: The insurance adjuster/company approved our claim for the amount of the reworked bid (less our deductible). 16 April 2015: We signed the contact with Sparkle (Cenmar Fuentes). 21 April 2015: The work commenced. Approx 23 April 2015 The water damage source was discovered. The leaking hot water line to the Bathroom Sink was repaired by a separate contractor/plumber. 28 April 2010: The Restoration work was completed. We were pleased and happy with the result and experience with Sparkle Restoration Services, Cenmar Fuentes and his work crew.

They were very professional, timely and helpful. He was able to give recommendations and color choices that we love. After the first area was finished, we had them come back and do the front walk and front porch areas. We are very pleased and have recommended them to several others. People actually come up to our door and ask about the treatment.

They are terrific and professional. They are very polite. They are well dressed and well mannered. There is no loud music while they are working.

Sparkle came in and cleaned tile floors and grout, which had become quite dirty in the 11 years since we bought the house from the builder. Certain places had dark spots that were quite ingrained inasmuch as I was unable to cleam them with store-bought products. The Sparkle guys came in and masked off areas that the cleaning solution should not touch (for example, all baseboards and also a part of the floor that is marble), brought in scrubbing machinery, and worked for hours. After cleaning an area, the dirt in the small pools of water/cleaner solution was so striking that I took a photo of it before their suction device removed it all. I'm 100% satisfied. The tile floors look like they did on the day we moved this house when new.

I used them for carpet cleaning. They were more expensive than the other companies because they use dry chemicals. However, it was worth it because the carpets dried right away. I had different rooms done. I would recommend them, even if they are more expensive. I think I paid $200. If anyone has new carpets, I would recommend them to use dry chemicals. Their service was really nice. The guy was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company. I will use them again in the future.

We found Sparkle from the website IIRC- Institute of Cleaning & Restoration Certification website, and it lead us to Sparkle s website. Sparkle s website is informative, easy to use and even allowed us to make an online appointment for all services, including a free estimate. The owner of Sparkle, Cenmar Fuentes, came personally and did a walk through of our house. Cenmar provided a written estimate and information about his company's guarantee. The Sparkle team who came to clean our carpets, Javier and Peter were courteous and efficient. They put all our furniture on plastic cups so that the wood would not get damaged from the wet carpet. They both were positive and upbeat, happy to be doing their jobs. Our carpets looked great immediately after and still has kept up a month later. None of the big black spots has reappeared. We would highly recommend Sparkle's services!
