Description of Work: I do no remember precisely when the fencing was installed. The company replaced all of the metal fencing for the complex. Because we let our cats in the backyard, I had installed plastic covered wire fencing from a local store. After they had completed the complex fencing, I had them install the new "cat" fencing. It matches the metal fence (black) and looks fabulous. I did have to wait a couple of weeks for them to do this because it is done as an extra for people like me. They did an excellent job, and it looks great. A couple of months later, I had my pool and spa removed. The gate to the back yard and some of the fencing had to be removed because of the bobcat. It was replaced, but the gate did not close properly. Southwest Fencing came and fixed the problem at no cost. I really appreciated this. | |This is an excellent company. Before they installed the metal fence for the complex, they had an open meeting for all of us residents to show us what they were going to do and to answer our questions. This was a very informative and appreciated meeting.

They did a great, professional job and had the best price of all the companies I got estimates from. Their price is very reasonable. They came out to give me the estimate within a couple days after I had called them. They were very professional.

+ -1 moreSouthland Fence was able to complete the work in two days and they did an excellent job. They had to pour cement on one day and they left no mess at the end of the day. They worked very efficently and they all worked in a professional manner. There were no problems, and even though I felt that the price was a little high, I feel like I got my moneys worth.

+ -1 moreWE WERE ABLE TO TELL SOUTHLAND FENCE WHAT WAS NEEDED TO PASS INSPECTION FOR OUR POOL CONSTRUCTION. SOUTHLAND FENCE FABRICATED OUR FENCING ON TIME AND IT PASSED INSPECTION WITHOUT ANY CORRECTIONS NEEDED.
Description of Work: WE HAD WROUGHT IRON FENCING AND GATES INSTALLED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF OUR BACKYARD AS PER CITY CODES FOR POOL CONSTRUCTION/SAFETY.
