Absolutely Wonderful! I’m Very Happy with the 6ft high Cedar Fence that was put up in only 2 1/2 days INCLUDING the take down of the old rotted fence AND full clean-up. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS 5🌟JOB at a REASONABLE PRICE!

I was very pleased but my neighbor didn't like her side of the fence. I told her to contact them and maybe they could change it to her satisfaction but I don't know if she did that.

This is the third time that I used their service. They did an amazing job. The work is well done. I have no issues with any other work they do.

You might find someone cheaper but you won't find anyone better. These guys are great! Very prompt, great cleanup, excellent craftmanship! Would definately recommend.

All went well from start to finish. We had a fairly good idea on what to expect as far as pricing goes, so we only reached out to two companies for a quote. SoCal's pricing was good and they were very responsive. They completed the job is a little in a less than a day and a half. The crew as very professional.

They were the second best pricing. It was a good experience. They were pretty good, the person who came out was a nice kid. He was right on time. The reason I didn't put the fence up was, my neighbors had agreed to do it and they backed out. That's the reason I didn't go with anybody. He did everything excellent, he really was good.

We waited to get a quote from Tony at So Cal Fencing and he didn't show up. He said he didn't show up due to having a complicated/bad day. due to lack of professionalism, we decided to go with someone else.

These guys were the best from start to finish. Rich can out to give me a quote and was more helpful. He did a super job breaking down all the costs as I asked for on my back fence and the side fence that I share with the neighbor. He offer to leave samples and explained about the different quality of fencing materials that other companies may offer. When I shared the information with my neighbor he then decided to replace his back fence. So Rich came out a second time to give the neighbor a quote to include his back fence which meant rewriting both our quotes/contracts because we split the cost for the shared property line fence. I did get 3 quotes and So Cal Fencing were in the middle as far as cost. But I choose them because Rich showed the most knowledgeable and was the most professional than the other 2 companies I talked to. When Richard came out to start the work with his crew they were all very nice and respectful. Richard was flexible and easy to work with when the neighbor and I decided to change the location of the back gates. The crew had the old fence down the first day and stacked it up at the curb and they called a guy to pick it up and recycle it the same day. The whole process took about 3 1/2 days for 213 feet of fencing with 2 small gates and 1 large gate. All whole experience was great.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We were a bit disappointed by the quality of the job. We got a redwood fence. Several of the fence boards came loose because they weren't fixed properly. The boards are cheap and not uniform, making variable spaces so that you can see through the fence into neighboring yards. The gate was sagging (making it difficult to close) after just one week.

They are good. I would use them again in the future if I had any more projects in that regard.

After viewing there web page I called and asked for a quote on galvanized fencing WAs told that they only do plastic. Maybe they should change there web page and notify Angie's List as they are advertising for non-vinyl fencing promotion

From start to finish my neighbor and I knew we had chosen the right contractor to do this difficult job. It was hard because there was an already existing three foot high planter between both yards where the fence needed to be replaced. Scott their bidder came out and he was the only one of the three people we got bids from to suggest two plastic sheets be placed around the planter area to keep water from seeping into the fence. That three-foot area was also covered with pre-treated lumber to further ensure long life of the new fencing. Just prior to the fence being built two people from So Cal Fencing came out and reviewed the job. It went smoothly and looks beautiful. We couldn't have asked for better follow through and the end product shows how much their people take their job seriously. I had seen a competitor at a job a block below me and the difference is very noticeable. Tony and his crew also cleaned up after themselves and left no mud or extra debris I've seen from other contractors. Would hire them again in a second. The only problem is the remainder of my fence looks old and worn down compared to the So Cal replacement fence next to it.

We hired So Cal Fencing to install 50 feet of 3 foot high privacy fencing on top of our backyard concrete wall which looks out into the alley of a commercial strip mall. We first met with Rick who arrived on time, took measurements, provided us with a firm price for the job and told us about the vinyl materials they use. As the install day neared Sandra at So Cal Fencing called us to give us the time the installers would arrive and she also called again the afternoon before the install to remind us. Richard and Tony arrived on time on the install date. They looked over the job and gave us a time estimate for how long the install would take. They worked efficiently and finished the job on schedule, Before they left, they made sure to clean up. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of the installers. I should add that Tony Brock, the owner of the company also showed up with the installers and spent a few minutes showing us where the installers would insert the posts that hold together the fencing to achieve the strongest support for the vinyl panels. We recommend them.

They were pretty awesome. Rich arrived on time for the quote and explained the differences between wood and vinyl. I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell or convince me to buy products I didn't need. Since part of my old fence had already fallen, I was concerned about the wait time, but they were able to squeeze me in early (I think someone else cancelled?) I left in the morning with a rotted collapsing fence and came home to a new redwood fence, and the gate actually works!

The fencing last August went well. The work was just fine. But we live on zero lot lines so there is a short section of side fence between my one neighbor and us . We were beginning a remodel in Sept and our neighbor in the coming winter. We removed the side fence from the work being done in August since we knew it would be removed for the house being enlarged. We would have waited but the 9 yards were all impacted and getting agreement from everyone was a huge task and they reasy to go in Aug.. SoCal said they'd come back and do the short section when we were ready. We called in early March and yes they'd do the fence but instead of the $27.00 a foot in Aug it would be $55.00 a foot. We expected an up charge for a small job and bringing out a crew but not DOUBLE. We added another smaller job on property with a gate to enlarge the scope to make the trip not for just 12' of fence but the boss held firm at $55.00. It's understandable that they didn't want to do the job because in total they only were doing 24' but we had a commitment from them that they'd finish the job. Unfortunately it was verbal but we had no choice. We couldn't ask for it in writing when we weren't sure of the length of fence or month for it to be done. But if they expect 5 star rating I think they should finish what they started. Instead they took advantage.

We originally were looking at installing a white vinyl fence to replace the old falling apart wooden one we had in the back yard. Since we live in a historical district, the city would only allow a wooden fence or a much more expensive synthetic one that mimics the look and texture of real wood. SoCal Fencing was able to clear out the old one and install the new one in about two days time. The sealant had to be done a couple of weeks later after the wet weather let up a bit. Overall, it went well. The pricing was about right. They were able to schedule us without much delay.

I am a stickler on responsive communication and Tony was great in getting us a quote, scheduled confirmation, and answering all my pre-installation questions in a timely manner. George and David were a great team to work with. Ours was not an easy job, as some of the stubborn tree roots got in the way, but they worked hard and always with a smile.

Disappointed that Tony the owner did not honor his verbal agreement to me to pay upon completion instead he demanded 50 percent down payment which is not recommended by the register of contractors. Even 10 percent down would be acceptable as Rich originally said to me. In my opinion it seems to be very unprofessional for Rich, the Salesman, to agree to 10 percent down, then Tony the ownerr to come to the property and agree verbally to payment upon completion then when we were ready to sign Tony demanded 50 percent down. We hope Tony changes his mind so we can proceed.

Rich was extremely helpful during the whole process. He helped us coordinate with the neighbor next door and made the process go very smoothly. We could not be more happy with the installation and the product. We get very high winds at my mom's house and the fence is doing very well.

I thought the job went well. I thought the prices were competitive and their work was done efficiently.

The fence itself is nice. It was installed in one day. They are fast workers. The fence itself was done well. However, when installing the fence they pulled up my artificial grass. When they reinstalled the artificial grass they did a crappy job of it. It was bumpy and lumpy. Not at all like it was before they pulled it up. They got some cement dust on the grass leaving some gray discoloration of parts of the grass. They also nailed it in haphazardly so the nail heads were showing unlike before when you could not see the nail heads at all. My grass definitely does not look like it did prior to having the fence put in. I called to see if SoCal Fencing would come back out to fix my artificial grass but my request was declined they said they did it the best they could. So I am now calling the original company that installed the grass to come out and re-secure and re-level the artificial grass for me. Most likely this will end up costing me more money. SoCal fencing did break a sprinkle line but did fix it I think anyway. They were suppose to come out on the day I was home but did it on a day I was not there instead. Because of the lack of care with my artificial grass and the poor cement work if have artificial grass maybe this company is not the best choice. If don't have artificial grass and are not concerned about the cement work then I would recommend this company.

Let me see how the fencing goes. They did a great job on the gates which is why I am having them to come again for fencing. I would recommend them because I am using them again.

So Cal Fencing was called out to give an estimate on fencing, provider was late to arrive and was not friendly nor accurate and rushed through his estimate compared to the other contractors that also gave estimates. So Cal gave the highest bid by $700.00 as compared to the other estimates, provider did not show the product that was being quoted only a picture. The provider that we chose provided actual samples of the material and spent time discussing other options that were available.

Everything went well. There was a minor glitch with the height, but they fixed it right away. Four people came to do the work and it took about two days. They left the area looking good. I would recommend them to friends and family. They were polite and courteous. We had a great experience.

Socal Fencing is just the best! They removed my old fence and installed approximately 100 feet of vinyl fencing in two days. The crew worked very fast and efficiently.
