SG WHOLESALE ROOFING

Description of Work: I had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE PREVIOUS POST! BOTH COMPANY'S ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND ARE HARASSING US with Mechanic's Liens, lawsuits, ext... STAY AWAY!!!!

Description of Work: Rec solar was the contractor, and used R.E. Pierro roofing as the subcontractor for the roofing. He obtained his roofing supplies from SGRoofing wholesale supplies and failed to pay them for > 60 days. $1359.62. The project was finished Oct 13, 2010, and they weren't paid until Dec 24, 2010. SG Roofing supplies filed a mechanics lien against me, the homeowner, WITHOUT ANY PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION, as required, on Nov. 29th, and then SG roofing supplies filed a formal lawsuit against me, the homeowner, on Dec 30th, 2010 for $1359.62, even though, by that time they were paid. I would never recommend EITHER OF THEM, since i was the VICTIM, of frivolous lawsuits and mechanics liens, and NOone bothered to even call me, or return my phone calls, to sort out the problem. I AM OUTRAGED. ALL OF THIS HARASSMENT AND NUISANCE RUINED MY HOLIDAYS AND VACATION. NEVER USE THESE SUPPLIES. ABSOLUTELY.
