Hands down best cleaners we have come across. The house looked brand new after they were done. You can tell they really take pride in their work with the Attention to detail. I highly recommended them.

Seven ladies arrived promptly at 8AM and quickly got to work. They were all very nice and professional. Boy, do these girls know how to clean. They start at the crown molding and work their way down to the floors. In fact I asked for Old English Oil Polish and one of the girls left to go and buy it. The dynamic seven will be back to clean on August second and I plan to have them once a month. If you want a really clean home in just over 2 hours call them.

It went very well. The house had not been cleaned in a long while. This was a one-time deep clean project. Martha and her crew were great. Martha and a 4 person crew started for 4 hours. Two hours into it she brought in another 3 people. Close to 26 hrs of housecleaning...Martha continuously checked on all of her crew and gave guidance on how to do better.

Martha was amazing. Palomares had never cleaned our home before today. I called them first thing this morning (around 8:00) and somehow Martha was able to pull a large crew together and be at our home by 9:45. Now that is customer service at its best! She had as many as 7 people working on our home at one point. They did an incredible job. And although their fees are far from cheap, the number of people that they assign to a job (normally 4), combined with the quality of there work, makes them worthwhile.

Martha and her crew did a great job. My floors look great and my cabinets, refrigerator and stove are clean inside and out! I definitely will use Palorames Cleaning again and have already recommended them to friends!

The best days are the days I come home after Martha and her team have done their magic. They have cleaned every other week for over a year. She is on time, communicates, is trustworthy and the quality has never slacked as so often cleaning does after the first few times. She gave me an estimate and told me exactly what was going to be done each time. I have had a lot more time for my family since Martha and her team have come into our lives. Give them a call you won’t regret it!

It was such a relief for all of us to get this done. Everybody from Martha, Sergio and Matthew were super friendly and professional. They brought an army of people to clean. It took a good 8 hours and was well worth the money. You get what you pay for. We will be using Martha and her crew on an ongoing basis.

I'm so glad we decided to do this. Martha and her crew came in and cleaned things I just wouldn't think of: the tops of doorways, dusting the blinds, and I'm sure many other things I didn't see happening. They did my office room first so I could get work done in there while they were doing the rest of the house. My kitchen, which was brand new a year ago, looks brand new again today. All the baseboards are clean and the whole place just feels better. They were also very aware and considerate of my pets: a cat and a dog. In addition to just doing a really great job, they were just great to deal with and be around. I talked with Martha a bit about what they can do if I start getting too busy to maintain the normal level of clean I manage right now, and they can work with pretty much whatever you need, which is good to know for the future.

I've had cleaning services since 1985 in Virginia and California locations and I've never had anyone do such a thorough job. With no hesitation, I'll continue to use these folks. See the photo of the sparkling cook top.

Martha and her team did an excellent job cleaning my house. They are professionals. In addition to dusting, vacuuming etc , they cleaned my window blinds, inside and outside of my microwave and toaster oven. It's great that Martha, the owner, is a team member and is working alongside her staff. My house is certainly a lot cleaner ! Thank you Martha and team.

We have been regular customers for about 5 years. They are the best. And Quick! I can't say enough about how wonderful and amazing this cleaning service is. They come with 4 or 5 employees to clean. This is how they get the job done quickly and they are very good at cleaning everything! I wish we could take them with us to where we are moving!

Martha was excellent, she was able to adjust her crew to meet my timetable. Her crew of 5 got right to work without delay.

Martha and 4 other girls came and took care of the cleaning in 3 hours and the quality of the work was decent. However since this cleaning was for the rental property and I needed to provide the proof of payment to the tenant in order to deduct their security deposit, I asked Martha for the receipt. Martha told me that she will email the receipt to me as soon as she gets back to the office. Now 17 days later, after two phone calls, 3 text messages, and two emails asking for the receipt, I still have not received it. It is too bad... the girls are likable and they did a good job of cleaning, but professionalism of honoring your promise is lacking...

I've been a happy Palomares Cleaning Service client for year and a half. I love that Martha and her crew are in and out in 1.5-2 hours, and they leave my house smelling great and it shines! They do an fantastic quality job. Her staff is friendly and polite. Scheduling is easy. And, Martha has always been very responsive by text (which is perfect for me). I'm so thankful that I found Palomares.

Palomares Cleaning Services came right on time. They did a whole house cleaning for our house, about 2100 sq ft. There was a total of about 5 people and they cleaned our entire home in just about 4 hours. They did an excellent job covering every inch, all the hidden areas, and did a thorough cleaning job. Very satisfied with their cleaning service and will look into having them come out on a regular basis. We've had other cleaners before but these guys did the best job.

I have been using Martha for about 6 months now. She is excellent! I am so meticulous and I didn't think anyone could clean better than I can. However, cleaning my own home took over my life since I work long hours during the week. Since Martha started, I have more personal time with my husband, family and friends which is worth more than anything in the world. My life is so much more stress free since I started using Martha's cleaning service. Tip: make sure you pre-schedule and put yourself on a regular schedule because she can get busy!

Martha and her team are the best cleaning service I've been able to find in Orange County. No other team cleans nearly as good. I started with Martha when I moved to Orange County and only tried other teams when she decided she was no longer cleaning houses in my area. Well... I begged her to come back...

The crew came in and I mean a crew and cleaned my home till it sparkled.I thought my home was clean except for the living room with all the roof debris but they made the home sparkle.The statures ,the pictures on the wall everything was done. Martha and her crew are fantastic! I have been using them for 2 years but I have used many different cleaning services for the last 20 years. They are definitely one of the best I have used and I am very picky. Many cleaning services will do a great job the first 3-6 months that you use them and then their service drops off. Martha has been consistently great for the whole 2 years. I have a dog and a cat that shed constantly and every time they clean, they vacuum the cushions on all my sofas and chairs. I have never had a service do that without a request. The kitchens and bathrooms are spotless. Martha is VERY friendly and cheerful to talk to and her son is very friendly and helpful as well. I would not hesitate to hire them and I am thrilled with their service.
