I was very impressed by them. I submitted something to two different companies and it was Jonathan from Royal Plumbing who called me and came out on a Sunday and put my faucets in for a flat rate and while he was here we had him do some other things for us as well and then we had him come back the second the time and resolved a problem in our yard. There was a mud clogging I don't recall what the service was that he did but he resolved immediately. So, I was very impressed with Jonathan. He was extremely responsive and did excellent work.

We had a Zoeller sump pump put in five years ago to pump water from the basement washing machine up to the main sewage line. It started working erratically and would overflow unless I literally kicked the bucket! I found OC Pumps through the Zoeller web site. Bob Breslin answered all my questions and we arranged for his guys to arrive around lunchtime the next day. Although they had to cancel that appointment, Bob set it up for the following day at 8 a.m. and his two men, Freddy and Rene, arrived promptly. They had to cut the old pump out just to look at it, but were able to show me that water had seeped into the motor casing, causing the problem. He had brought a new replacement pump with him, called for the price, and they put it all in within an hour and a half. I am so impressed with this company's professionalism, work ethic, cleanliness, and responsiveness. I'm not sure what other plumbing services they offer, but I would trust any service they can provide. Freddy has worked for the company for over 30 years and nothing speaks more highly of a company than having long-time, happy, and expert workers.
