appointment made for Friday morning. at 2pm, called him and he said he forgot, as getting too many calls from Angies list. He showed up on Saturday, and put in sprinklers. He then said he did not know how to hook them up to timer box. He hooked flowers up to trees, which have different watering schedule and then left. i would never use him again.

I am an Electrical Contractor, therefore I know wiring better than almost all Landscape Contractors. I have been Working on Sprinklers for over 30 years, therefore I am an Expert with Landscape Irrigation. I went back to 9-16-2018 on Angie’s List and my Business Work Orders. You are not my Customer. Also, I have not Worked on Saturday’s for over 20 years, because of my success Monday through Friday. Also, some of the many things I am routinely praised for are Punctuation, and Professionalism. I take Great Pride in what I do during my Professional Career for “All My Customers.” I truly Understand Your Frustration with the Company that you hired. If you have not Found a Reputable Landscape Sprinkler Company to Correct their Poor Workmanship, My Company is available Monday through Friday to Correct their mistakes. When I texted him, he said he would be here late this afternoon if it worked for me. I reminded him that my appointment was supposed to be this morning, and he simply replied, "Yeah, I had other things to do." Absolutely no respect for his customer's time.
Description of Work: They were supposed to be at my house between 7am and 8am for a sprinkler repair. They never showed up.
