Juan was the best! I was in a panic when I was unable to turn the water off to a section of sprinklers. He arrived quickly, assessed the problem and fixed it . Juan is professional, very knowledgeable, reliable and gives great value for the price. Juan doesn't pressure sell or pad the job with extra or unnecessary services. I highly recommend his company. You can't go wrong in hiring him for your job!

The man does not have set prices but asks you what you want to pay. If you hesitate he reduces the price. While his work was good, I didnâ t think he was very professional. I had him do 2 jobs at 2 different times. Once he knew that I liked his work from the first job, he raised the price on the second job. Over all his prices were reasonable and his work was good. However I found the price haggling to be unprofessional.

Not thorough in work performance and in a hurry to depart work though not yet completed.

Juan arrived at our house promptly with everything he needed in his truck. He assessed the problem and went right to work. He had all the valves replaced in a couple of hours. He returned the next day to fine-tune our sprinkler system. It works perfectly now, and better than it has for a long time.

After completing job sprinklers did not water the areas they were supposedly designed to cover. Upon recall he indicated to my wife, who was coordinating the job with Lopez, that his idea did not include seeing to it that it was his job to get water to the plants. He strictly interpreted his "cotract" to only repair a broken pipe, install a new control system and replace valves that were just replaced by our regular gardeners last year. For this he charged us $775 and the system still did not perform as we expected it to do.

This Review is From Gil & Nina of Irvine. . I woke up to a fountain on my back planter. The problem is, we don't have a fountain. Yup, my main sprinkler valve was shot into space and the water was trying to follow. The only way to calm the gushing water was to turn off all the water - that includes water to my house. [Yes, my wife was not happy with me - apparently I was supposed warn her first] Any way, I was certain I needed a huge repair and I was ready [and certainly willing] to pay a ransom for it. My wife found Juan's business Home Advisor. We reached out and Juan responded. He came, he looked and said the situation was actually minor. He went to his truck, to get 3 things, and fixed my "horrific" fountain problem. By the way, one of those 3 things was a business card. Yeah yeah, overreacted to the fountain. Any way, you will find Juan to be a true gentleman, extremely friendly, that he really knows his stuff. You can legit trust what he says. No up sale, no crazy charges. Just straight business like the old days. I would know cuz I am old. Hire Juan for tree trimming, landscape installation and maintenance. Oooo, he is also a Certified Arborist and Horticulturist. Come on, what else do you need?

Juan was prompt and very professional in the sprinkler repair, he replaced all three control valves for a reasonable price, and will be back in July to trim our Citrus trees.

Nice guy and quick to respond. Just a bit too smooth and spooky for my taste. Price was outrageous, but responded and got the job done the same day without issues, so went with it. I will stear clear of Mr Lopez and look elsewhere next time.

Showed up an hour early. Was upset that I had him wait until appt time as I took kids to school. Said job was **too small** and did not bring his work truck.
