With a phone call, an appointment was set up for the next day to evaluate the job. They arrived on time and after agreement on price they immediately began the removal. They cleaned up the area afterwards. They were very friendly and professional. I will use them again.

We had some old junk, patio furniture, grills, wood etc in our backyard. Junk monster quoted a price range based on volume and not weight as do other pick up services. We decided to take advantage and clean out the garage as well. We just about filled the truck but Jason gave us the 2/3 rate as well as a larger discount that what was available on Angies list. The final bill was less than I expected. The team loaded the junk and clean up the area in less than 1/2 hour. I would definitly use them again. I gave a rating of B for punctuality because there was a mix up in the start time but Jason took responsibility and appologized for the error (off by 1 hour). I still will use them again.

The Junk Monsters answered the inital call in person, gave me general estimates on pricing, and we set up an appointment for them to come to the house. They arrived about an hour early, but this was not a problem for us. They looked at the size of the job and gave us a fairly narrow range of pricing ($30 between high and low cost.) We approved the estimate and the team went to work right away. They removed everything and even swept the patio of debris (nice touch!) They were cautious about damaging anything and the whole job was done perfectly and quickly. The guys were friendly and courteous. I will call them again, and I will recommend their service to my friends and neighbors for sure.

Jason is very responsive, accommodating, and hardworking. He's also enthusiastic and compassionate, great manners as well. We only got one estimate, and my husband decided to clean up the garbage himself. But if in the future we need a hauling service, we'll contact Jason again.

The guys arrived within a reasonable time frame to give me an estimate on removing a "TON" of junk from our side yard. They gave me a very fair price and said they had time to do the job right then! Boy, was I happy about that! They spent about 1 1/2 hours loading up and then swept the dirt and bits of junk and threw that into the truck as well. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service. THANKS JUNK MONSTER FOR A GREAT JOB!

I called on sunday and a live person answered. We scheduled an appointment that worked for my schedule just a few days later. They showed up on time. You don't pay by time by but they were still quick. They loaded everything they were nice, professional and it was surprisingly cheaper than we expected.

I purchased a house and the previous owner had left a number of large items around the house and yard. I called Junk Monster to remove them. They came with their truck and removed all of the junk without any issues. They were extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used these guys many times over the last couple of years. I used them the first time because of a coupon in the paper. I knew nothing about them before that -- and I think they were just starting the business. The first job they did for me was a hauling job. We had just moved my Mother out of her home of 60 years. My sister and I had cleaned the house of all items we didn't want or couldn't sell. There were hundreds of bags and boxes and lots of furniture and other items. The guys (I call them that partially because I can't remember their names and partially because they are two young, cute guys) showed up exactly on time and worked hard for hours -- hauling stuff from all over the house (including upstairs) and loading their truck. One thing I like about the company is that they sort everything and separate into things that can be recycled, things that can go to charity and things that just need to go to the dump. They did a great job. The next time I hired them was after we sold the house. They came again and took the furniture and items we couldn't sell at the Estate Sale to the Assistance League and other charitable organizations. They also took several items to my home during the same job. Again, they were exactly on time, worked quickly and were completely professional. I used them agaian more to move a hospital bed into my Mother's room. I called them at the last minute and it was an emergency situation. They did not let me down. I used them one more time to move and haul some stuff for my own purposes. I used Junk Monster at a very difficult time in my life. Moving my Mom into Assisted Care, closing and selling our home was stressful and emotional. The fact that I never had to worry about whether or not "the guys" would show up on time and knew their work would be good and affordable, was a relief. I recommend this company highly. I have recommended them to many people. I notice the other day as I was driving by the assisted living place where my Mother had lived that they were working there. They had impressed everyone there when they were helping me.

They were quick, careful and easy to work with. They were delightful, well mannered.

The guys from Junk Monster came and hauled away an old couch of ours. I told them then I would review them, and have been meaning goe around to it ever since, They were so professional and helpful that a year later I still wanted to review them, and made the time for it. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and stayed in communication beforehand so I knew when they would be arriving. The couch removal had to be done from the back of our property and was no small task. The guys made sure that the couch didn't scrape any walls, doors, or do any other damage on the way out. They were quick and efficient, and even cleaned up the the mess a bit afterwards. They were also patient with me needing to put my dogs in a safe place before they could come in the back yard. They were friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with. I will happily use them again if I need something hauled away.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their crew was polite, courteous, efficient, affordable and very neat. Their cost was about half what the "other guys" charge and they try to recycle as much as possible. I am thrilled to find them locally and hope their business thrives. I absolutely will do business again and tell all my neighbors and friends!
