+ -1 moreIt was a great experience working with such a professional craftsman who knew what he was doing. All of Jim's workers were excellent and knew their craft. Jim helped us in every way; giving us advice on where to purchase flagstone and boulders. They cleaned up every day before leaving our house. They finished the work in a timely manner and the results were spectacular. We couldn't be any happier with their work and professionalism. Highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Hard-scape for front yard. Built 5 walls of various heights, installed flagstone pathways, poured a concrete patio.

+ -1 moreWe had a bit of an emergency and he came right out. Our neighbor was got in a car accident and we needed to cut through to take care of him rather than go all around the block. He cut a hole in the wall. He not only came out and did it, he did a good job. He gave us a cut just because he felt that we were charitable so he was charitable too. Our neighbor, who was in the car accident lives alone, does not have any family and I was out taking care of him. So when he got home from the hospital, he just had a baby monitor and the phone. So if he was in trouble I could just cut through to get to his house. So they had to cut through a stone masonry wall. He was reasonable, professional and the work was beautifully done.
Description of Work: We did use Jim Jennings Custom Masonry to cut through a stone masonry wall.

+ 0 moreIf you want it done right, call Jim Jennings. If you want it done on time, call Jim Jennings. If you want it done at a fair price for a ultra-professional job, call Jim Jennings. Jim is a pro. They don't come any better. The Jennings crew is very experienced and professional as well. You can tell they too have a lot of respect for Jim -- and for the work they produce. Their work product is as neat as a pin, with not a thing left behind. Do not hesitate to call Jim. VERY highly recommended.
Description of Work: Jim has done work for us in the past. This spring his crew removed all of the bricks we had haphazardly put down in our backyard (no lawn). They then installed drains and reset bricks per new landscape design. The job took about a week and when finished, you would never have known the fellas had even been here .... except for the beautiful new brickwork.

+ 1 moreIn the end I had exactly what I wanted. They did an excellent job.
Description of Work: I had a stone patio and walk way done. They also worked of the drainage problem I had in the back yard. They finished the job in a timely manner and the employees kept everything clean. Since the employees have been with him for a very long time, they all know their work and don't have to wait for instructions if there is a slight change. Jim really knows what he is doing and is very honest about timing and price. I couldn't have asked for better! I love the way it looks!!
