Ace and the crew were wonderful! With the worst rainy season in years, it was extremely difficult to get anyone out for estimates, Ace from HD Roofs came out, and promptly gave estimate and timeframe. His bid was very competitive and when a window of sunshine and availability opened up, he contacted us to see if we wanted to proceed earlier than having planned. Every step of the way, Ace regularly communicated progress and specific damage with pictures so that we were fully informed. My husband and I would highly recommend them! The crew was great too! Thank you Ace and team for the great job and the peace of mind knowing that you will be here for us through the coming years with your warranties!

I highly recommend this company. At the end of every day crew made sure they cleaned up before they left. The office staff is great along with the roofing technicians.?Very honest and professional staff and easy to communicate with.?We are extremely happy with our new roof.

After receiving an estimate for roof repairs, I was told that someone would be there that Saturday. No one showed. I called, was told that they would check with the roofer for arrival time and call me right back. An hour later, I called again and was told that they would try to contact the supervisor. An hour later I called back and no one answered. On Monday I called the corporate office and was told that I had the wrong date and the repairs would be made the next Saturday. No one showed up or called. I was not able to reach anyone and no one ever called me back. I ended up finding a roofer on Angie's List who did the work promptly and for less!
