Other than a couple delays that extended the completion of the project Gary was outstanding. Having been through a few remodels I can speak from experience that his way of conducting himself is what you should look for in a contractor. He always was responsive and worked with our designer to find the best solutions. When other issues outside the contract came up he was able to deal with them in a fair way (dryrot, plumbing repair) quickly with a fair price. The subs have always been the wildcard in projects like this and from the plumber to the drywall crew he seemed to find reliable professionals that did good work at a good pace. We are very happy with Folsom Contracting and will hire him again.
