ePIPE/Pipe Restoration, Inc.
About us
Stop Slab Leaks Today! Why repipe when you can ePIPE? Avoid the mess. We fix pipes "In-Place." Our patented technology has a 90-minute return-to-service. In most cases, your water will be back on the same day! Our company offers the patented ePIPE pipe lining technology to restore pipes from the inside. This epoxy coating method uses existing access points to clean and coat failing or aged pipes in-place, eliminating the need to dig up and replace pipes. This method is often faster, less expensive and much less disruptive than a traditional repipe. ePIPE extends the useful life of pipe systems and protects the pipes against common failures, such as leaks, corrosion, discolored water and metal (lead and copper) leaching. We also offer our LeadSmart testing program, the first program of its type, which uses EPA-approved equipment and an EPA-approved method of testing water for lead levels, as well as steps to remedy the high lead levels, official certification and insured protection. A LeadSmart Certificate of Compliance is issued to a property after it is tested in compliance to current EPA guidelines for lead. Our LeadSmart testing services are backed by an industry-first $1 Million Errors and Omissions Insurance program. If your home, property, business, building, facility, vessel or structure could benefit from either the ePIPE or LeadSmart services, please contact us today.

This process took 2 days with very little inconvenience. Our water was off for a short time during this process. The crew was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable about all parts of the job. Upon completion they test all the fixtures to insure no leaks are present.
There were a few holes needed to access some pipes and the crew was very careful to put them in places not very visible. They then send out someone that patches any holes that were made. This service is included in the price.
We were very happy that we chose this process to eliminate leaks as opposed to rerouting pipes which is a very intrusive method with a great deal of repair afterwarsds.
The company called in advance to remind me of the time of arrival and things I needed to do to prepare. The lead on the project called as they were on their way. The project was to take 2 days due to the number of pipes to be covered, but they actually did it in less time. I could not have been more impressed with the team that did this job as they worked non-stop, made sure I understood exactly what would happen and when, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up so I wouldn't have to. And where this process does require work on the customer's part to clear out everything from under sinks (kind of like what we prep for carpet cleaning), I have to say that actually helped me out in that it forced me to really clear out stuff I no longer needed and get organized - LOL).
The sales person was also amazing in that she was able to explain everything that needed to be done and showed us how this process would be less invasive and less expensive then replacing all the pipes. I'd already had 10 leaks between inside my house and outside costing me more than $10k - sure wish I'd known about this ages ago so I could have avoided all that.
In summary, I felt this company did such a great job that I am having them back on 1/21/16 to do my outside pipes.
Workers were on time and careful. The estimator initially missed two spigots, so the price went up a bit from the initial estimate when his error was discovered. Also, we had a slight problem afterward with water temperature being too low in one shower, but they came back twice to take care of the problem and replaced some parts at no additional cost. (After ePipe work is done, the water temperature from the water heater must not exceed 130 degrees.) Everything works beautifully now.
- on time
- clean
- explained every part of the process
- identified and clearly identified areas of concern
- always intersted in the best possible outcome
- additional note: Identified a pipe fitting that was imminetly going to burst in weeks maybe days; which saved me from a water leak that would have taken months to fix and ten's of thousands of dollars rectify
Both workers were very professional. All floors had a plastic liner and carpet installed. All work areas clean when done. They provide water for the two days the water was off. The workers treated our house like their house.
The wall patching was done where they had to cut into the walls. The only thing not done was painting and we new that up front.
There are many options to repair leaks in the water lines. We recommend ePIPE/ Pipe restoration.
Compressor, pumps, lots of hoses and valving systems were strung throughout the house. But before the equipment was set out, the guys put down special pads to cover the floor wherever the hoses would be laid. I had no idea the process was so involved and required so much knowledge and ability. The crew worked together as a finely tuned race team. When they finished, I was taken to each sink, shower, toilet, hose bib, etc to inspect that everything was working correctly and everything was spic and span. It was a real pleasure to watch these professionals in action. I highly recommend these guys.
Showed up on time and finished on schedule. Very clean. Put tarps down to protect the carpeting. It was somewhat noisy during the process but that was to be expected.
Our Consumer Advisor from Epipe, Sharra Myers, was prompt and professional. She came prepared with a brief presentation, answered every one of our questions to our satisfaction and backed up her facts with documentation. She was personable, efficient and very informative. She followed up right away with the estimate and the contract. We arranged to have the team come for two to three days, during which time we opted to move out. We were asked to remove everything from underneath each sink. The project manager, whose name I don't remember, unfortunately, was fantastic, as was each of the crew. They set up the equipment in the garage and ran hoses from there to every junction. They protected the floors with pads. We were amazed at how orderly and spotless the operation was. We were able to stay around during the day because there was little disruption and not much noise. They were very solicitous of us, sensitive to our needs and diligent about keeping us informed. They finished when they said they would. They were aces! This is what you get when employees are treated well and have worked for the company for many years. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
The Install Foreman Tommy and the rest of his Crew were Neat and Professional. They kept the entire work area clean, constantly picking up after themselves.
They found that the Leaking Pipe was too far gone to Epoxy Coat, so they did have to open the Bathroom wall and re-plumb the Hall Sink. With all that they were still completely finished within 8 hours. It did take a week until the Drywall guy could get over to repair the wall in the Bathroom but he did a Great job in the repair as well as Texture matching.
There was one problem; When they were working on the Water Heater, they accidentally stood on and Bent the top of my Brand New Dryer, But they were very professional about that and there have been no problems with them replacing the Top.
