Showed up on time and finished on schedule. Very clean. Put tarps down to protect the carpeting. It was somewhat noisy during the process but that was to be expected.

While this service is not completely non-invasive, we decided it was better than re-piping. The team was 3 people and very professional and I felt like I was respected as the customer.They started on time and finished in the timeframe i was quoted. I was very worried that I'd have repairs as a result of the job, but they were very careful and clean. Just a couple of very small drywall repairs that they take care of. During the job it was very easy to get around my house; btw I did not move out. They left me with drinking of water, and tubs of water so we wouldn't be water less.

The crew consisted of 7- 8 men. They arrived when they said they would and worked all day to complete the majority of the job. They were back the next day to finish the re-piping. The city inspector required one line in the attic to be slightly relocated as it was too close to a can light in the kitchen ceiling. This was taken care of the next day and re-inspected. Everything met code. Drywall and stucco repair crews arrived within a day or two and completed their work quickly and satisfactorily. In 2012, the work also included re-painting, which was also done to our satisfaction.

We had 4 pinhole leaks in various copper pipes around the house in the last few years. We were told the corrosion was caused by chloramines in the county water system. Our first estimate for replacing all the copper pipes in the entire house was over $16,000. We consulted with a second company and were told that our house is too complicated to re-pipe due to four levels, tiled walls in 3 bathrooms, lots of natural wood floors and ceilings etc. They recommended restoring the existing pipes with the Duraflo injection system and directed us to Epipe. We did our research and asked some experts. All agreed this was our best and only option. Our Consumer Advisor from Epipe, Sharra Myers, was prompt and professional. She came prepared with a brief presentation, answered every one of our questions to our satisfaction and backed up her facts with documentation. She was personable, efficient and very informative. She followed up right away with the estimate and the contract. We arranged to have the team come for two to three days, during which time we opted to move out. We were asked to remove everything from underneath each sink. The project manager, whose name I don't remember, unfortunately, was fantastic, as was each of the crew. They set up the equipment in the garage and ran hoses from there to every junction. They protected the floors with pads. We were amazed at how orderly and spotless the operation was. We were able to stay around during the day because there was little disruption and not much noise. They were very solicitous of us, sensitive to our needs and diligent about keeping us informed. They finished when they said they would. They were aces! This is what you get when employees are treated well and have worked for the company for many years. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The cost of refitting would be about the same as the epoxy lining by the time we added in dry wall and painting costs. The three man crew were very professional and courteous. They arrived promptly at 8 each day and worked until 5:30 the first day and until 7 the second day. They left the house clean and spotless in the areas that they worked..Overall I am satisfied with the service but only time will tell. Hopefully there will be no more leaks. My complaint is that I have lower water pressure in the cold water lines to the kitchen sink and master bathtub. It's not terribly low but I wish it were better. I suspect it is something I will get use to. The technician explained he had to line those pipes a bit more since there was a leak in them.

Injected single line run for pinhole slab leak.they only give you a 1 year warranty and it's just a temp fix like a band aid.just repipe instead.

We were very happy with the service. They had great cleanliness and professionalism. It was nice that the walls weren’t destroyed and we weren't displaced while they were doing the work.

The Sales Rep. Bob is Great, Very informative, he was never bothered by calls to answer extra questions, Helpful in every step of the Process. The Install Foreman Tommy and the rest of his Crew were Neat and Professional. They kept the entire work area clean, constantly picking up after themselves. They found that the Leaking Pipe was too far gone to Epoxy Coat, so they did have to open the Bathroom wall and re-plumb the Hall Sink. With all that they were still completely finished within 8 hours. It did take a week until the Drywall guy could get over to repair the wall in the Bathroom but he did a Great job in the repair as well as Texture matching. There was one problem; When they were working on the Water Heater, they accidentally stood on and Bent the top of my Brand New Dryer, But they were very professional about that and there have been no problems with them replacing the Top.

As you can see from the work description and tasks completed we are move than satisfied. From the sales presentation to the completion of the job. Outstanding... These guys saved me from a quagmire and expensive potential bill from another plumbing company. They performed like surgeons. The guy that led the job was named primo. I would ask for him if you can as he knows his stuff and works fast. These guys were also low bid but did a high quality job. They found a leak were others could not and had an innovative way to fix it without tearing up my house.

The entire experience was flawless - from the initial estimate to full completion of the job. All employees were extremely friendly, clean and professional and worked very hard. From talking to them I got the sense that they loved what they were doing and enjoyed working for the company and it showed. This was a first rate experience and I can recommend ADF without any reservations.

They came with a price and showed up on time. They did the job well and they got out. They were very clean and personable. I had some problems after they left and they sent someone right out to resolve the problem.

Everything went well from start to finish. The estimator (Consumer adviser) came to my house promptly on the date and time scheduled, checked my plumbing system, checked my water pressure for leaks and then explained the epoxy coating process completely and in detail. I have 3 full bathrooms, kitchen sink, bar sink, laundry sink, icemaker line, water heater tank, recirculating pump and 4 outside hosebibs. On the day scheduled, all these lines were epoxy coated after first being cleared of water then air dried and carborundum sanded. Everything was done cleanly and efficiently and there was no need to crack walls or bust tile. There was only the drone of the power compressor equipment used to blow the lines through the many red rubber hoses connected to my plumbing fixtures. Everything went smoothly without delay or mishap. The work was completed as scheduled and the 3 workmen bid goodbye after removing their equipment and walking me through my reconnected plumbing fixtures.

I honestly wish I had known about this before when I had my slab leak. It's the best alternative to a re-pipe. It's a pipe within a pipe. A least intrusive way of piping. They are very customer service focused. When they came to do my house they showed up right on time. They laid all the protective things needed for my wood floors. They offer a 10 year warranty.
