Work was not done right. Wanted more money to diagnose. Tried to keep milking money with no results. Called a competitor and saw results the first visit with a fraction of the cost. Hold on to your wallet Alley the are rip off artists and try sucking money out of you. They won?t be in business to much longer if they keep that up

Total disrespect for other people time. When I was young, contractors came out and bid on a job, did not charge you, and either they got the job (or not). If they did not show up, that was on their time. Now this contractor charges $$$, blows you off, and expects you to bend to their schedule. Find a company that demonstrates customer service.

He inspected for the problem to find it was the inverter which is under warranty. Parts were ordered. He also inspected roof any potential wiring problems and found none.

I would like to get my solar system fixed. I have no confidence in these people so I would like to get another contractor to do the job right. I have paid them $300 and have lost at least $400 in electricity as they have delayed this for over a month. I would like to have them reimburse me for this and I never want to hear from them again. They give me a price after 3 visits, they told me the job was done they wanted to be paid and I asked them if the system was working and they said no. I refuse to pay them and then filed a complaint with angi and after the talk with angi they come out and the inverter is needed to be fixed which they mention nothing about up until that time. I will never deal and see with them again and they should be avoided.

I was having problems with the inverter on my system. Their technician came out, reset some breakers, and the system appeared to be working again. However, the next day the inverter was failing again. I contacted Energy Aids customer service 3 times over 2 days (twice by phone, once by email). and although I was promised several times someone would respond, I have heard nothing back from them.

So far, we are satisfied with Energy Aid. We havenâ t had the work completed yet. Thereâ s a part on order, so the work isnâ t complete yet.

In a niche as a solar project they did it quick and thorough and was reasonably priced .

After spending time evaluating my solar inverter and consulting with SMA solar it was determined that my inverter was damaged by moisture. A new circuit board was ordered and the wires were sealed up on the roof to prevent water from entering the system in the future.
