Elite Maid Referal Agency

It went rather poorly. They kept changing crews on me and the quality of their work was not good. I asked for someone who spoke English and it was still very hard to communicate with them. I finally didn't hire them anymore and went back to an old service I am happy with.

We had moved into a home and it needed a good cleaning. I called Elite Maid Referral Agency and they gave me a fair price. They were also able to change the arrival time as well. When the two women arrived, they did not introduce themselves but just walked right into my house and went straight upstairs. I had to stop them to introduce myself so that I could find out their names as well. They did not seek my input as how I wanted my house cleaned. When I asked them a question, they could not answer the question. They did speak English so language barrier was not the problem. They cleaned the bathrooms, wiped down the counters, and vacuumed the floor. I was told it would take about 3-3.5 hours. In a little over an hour, they were done and out the door. They did not even tell me that they were done, or if there was anything that I wanted them to do. I just saw them driving off. This was the worst and most unprofessional service I have seen with a housecleaning service. When I called the company to complain, they offered a follow-up visit to complete the cleaning with a different crew. I would definitely not choose this company again.

We scheduled service for a Saturday with only two days advanced notice. The scheduler did not give the option of having carpets cleaned, which we would have liked to have done, but we thought it was standard part of ''deep cleaning'' We saw no difference between deep cleaning and what would regularly be offered. The team was on time and performed services requested, but did not finish within 2 hours. We would have paid for them to stay and finish, but after two hours they just left(probably late for another job). We may use the referral service again, but we would request a different team.

THE LADIES THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON ALL OF THE DETAILS INCLUDING THE DOOR JAMBS, WINDOW SILLS, AND CEILING FANS.

THEY HAVE SENT OUT DIFFERENT TEAMS EVERY TIME. THEY HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM TIME TO TIME AND THEY ALWAYS MISS SOMETHING.

ANYTIME I WANT TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT DATE, THEY HAVE BEEN REALLY FLEXIBLE. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS IN ITS PLACE AND NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN MISSING. THEY DON'T GET UNDER EVERY COUCH, BUT FOR WHAT WE NEED THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

OVERALL WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THOROUGH AND ACCURATE WITH REQUESTS. WOULD RECOMMEND SERVICE TO OTHERS. EMPLOYEES WERE HOSPITABLE AND POLITE. GREAT SERVICE TO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE INTERESTED.
