My Chamberlain automatic garage door stopped working and after removing the cover , I found pieces of the shredding motor belt. Using Angie's List, I chose Dynamic due to the high volume of positive reviews and their location to my address. I called them late afternoon and surprisingly they were able to come out early that evening. Roger had to order the part and was available to return the next day and complete the repair in less than an hour. It has been two weeks since the service call. It was worth it alone to have the garage door assembly adjusted and greased properly. It functions noticeably quieter and smoother. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. I was able to make one phone call and have the system repaired properly.

.Roger came out to look at my garage door. He was ontime and very nice. He did not try to over sell me - I told him what I wanted and he clearly understood that I just wanted a new door that looked the same as my current one. When I mentioned Angieslist, he immediately honored the 10% discount. In the next couple of days he emailed me a quote and details of the door he proposed (existing garage door maker went out of business). Price was a about $200 less than other places I talked to. I agreed to price and arranged to have door installed the next Saturday. Installers arrived right on time. They were very efficient - the 2 installers worked very well together - It took them only an hour to remove the old door and install the new door. They even adjusted the door opener - it works better than it ever had before. I picked Dynamic Garage Door based on all of the positive writeups on Angieslist - do not regret my choice at all - my experience very positive - and will use them again when the need arises.

The main spring on our garage door snapped in the morning. I immediately got on Angie's list and found Dynamic Garage Door. I called and talked to Roger; he gave me a quote on the parts and labor and scheduled Fernando to come to my home between 5pm and 7pm that same day. A little after 6 p.m., we received a call from Roger stating that Fernando was stuck in Friday night traffic and that he(Roger) was 10 minutes away from our home. When he got to our home, he got right to work. He showed us how to open the garage door, should it ever break like this again; had us take our cars out, and replaced the bad parts and lubricated the door hinges. He was there a little less than an hour. When he was done, he gave us a quick lesson on keeping the door functioning at it's peak. He was very friendly and courteous. Asked us if he could put the companies sticker on our door for future reference should we need their services. We were very pleased!

Very smooth. On time and on budget. Roger came out, gave us his opinion and quoted exactly what we wanted. Had a last minute change to add windows and they made the change for us! Very happy with them.

Garage door wouldn't open. Called Dynamic in the morning and Roger was able to come over that same evening. Gave a time frame from 6-8, which allowed me to work the day and not have to leave early. Roger arrived around 6:15; told me a gear had to be replaced but he didn't have the gear I needed with him. He returned the next morning just after 7 AM, and repair took about an hour. Roger was very professional -- would highly recommend Dynamic!

Our garage door stopped working on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning, I called Dynamic Garage Door. I was a little concerned because I had to leave a voicemail, but got a call back within 5 minutes. They gave me a window of time later that day when they expected to arrive. He got to the house a little later than expected, but had called to say he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me a couple of options for repairing it, along with a price for each. He completed the work and was gone within 30 minutes. The door works better than ever and the price was quite reasonable. I'd definitely use them again.

Francisco showed up on time, was very professional, and completed the job in about an hour. We had him come during the dinner hour, and he made sure that he did his best not to disrupt our dinner -- very professional. When he was done, he gave me some tips on how to keep the garage door lubed, and we talked about other garage door options. He never tried to up-sell me on anything, very nice guy, friendly conversation, job well done. I will definitely use Dynamic Garage Door in the future!

The spring broke on our 15+ year old garage door and I called Dynamic after checking Angie's List. Set up appointment for the next morning. Fernando called 10 minutes before arriving right on time. He inspected the door, identified the problems, explained everything to me and gave me a detailed estimate. He had all the parts with him and completed the repairs quickly. Very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable plus a fair price minus Angies's List discount.

Fernando showed up during the scheduled window of time, calling me when he was approximately 10 minutes away. He was very polite and professional. He did an inspection on my door and found that in addition to the broken bracket thingy, two more of the bracket thingys were cracked and he suggested replacing them at the same time. He gave me an estimate of the cost, which I approved and he proceeded with the repairs. He had all the necessary parts on his truck and was done in less than one hour. Additionally, he serviced my garage door by lubricating all the necessary parts and adjusted the spring tension. The reason I indicated N//A on the cost of the repairs, is that I did not seek any one else, so I have nothing to compare it to. I was pleased with the estimate that Fernando gave me. That, along with the courteous manner in which I was treated by both he and the gentleman that answered the phone when I first called, and the excellent ratings on Angi's list, I made my decision.

I called Fernando on Wednesday and the next day he spent over an hour at our house giving us an estimate. He expalined everything to us and helped us make an informed decision. After several estimates, we choose to go with Dynamic Garage Doors. I called them on Monday and by Wednesday morning (day before Thanksgiving) I had my new garage door installed. We love it.

After showing him the damaged door and the inaccessibility of the garage, he helped me determine exactly what would have to be moved so they could work. They returned my call shortly thereafter, gave estimate of repairs and job scheduling, friendly, knowledgeable tech arrived on time, completed repairs, instructed me on periodic maintenance, and presented bill exactly as estimated and minus Angie’s discount.

A year ago we had the same problem and we were quite shocked that the repairs didn't last long. He explained to us exactly what the problem was, what changes were required and how much it would cost us. I'm glad I went through Angie's List first this time around. The membership fee was well worth it. In fact, the 10% discount basically took care of the membership fee. Thank you!

Fabulous! I thought I needed to replace the garage door opener as there was no response to the remote or the key pad. Fernando asked if he could try to repair it. I said sure. He repaired it! I am delighted. From now on, he is my go to guy for this home repair.

I was able to arrange for an appointment the very next day. I received calls from competing services, which brought about a few questions. So, I called Dynamic Garage Door Service and they were very knowledgable and courteous - all questions and doubts taken care of. Fernando called to inform me when he was about 15 minutes away from our house. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem, explained the issue and answered all of my questions. In less than an hour, he completed the job, inspected the entire garage door system, lubricated the hinges and springs, checked the opener itself, etc. In addition, he provided me with detailed instructions on how I can maintain the garage door and system. Great service.

They were very friendly and nice. He gave me a lot of information and spent a lot of time with me. He had samples of doors that looked high-quality. They gave me a reference to someone who could reframe our door. He responded to my questions quickly and was at my house on time.

They came out and replaced very quickly. They originally bid standard springs, but when I asked for longer life components, they upgraded for a competitive price. They also "tuned" up the entire opener system (tightened braces, lubrication, etc.). The door is like new, very quiet..

Overall, this company hit the ball right out of the park. Our garage door spring broke in less than two years after installation. We called the company late Friday afternoon after signing up with Angie's List. The man from Dynamic Garage Svc. arrived Saturday morning at around 9 am. He explained that the spring that only lasted two years was the wrong size for our door. He fixed the door by installing the right springs for a fair price and saved us about $700 by not having to install a whole new door. We were done within 30 minutes and my husband and I were enjoying coffee in the backyard patio and our garage door nightmare was all over..... When it's time to install a new door, we're going to call Dynamic again because they have proven to be reliable and amazing. Also, if any of our friends ever need any garage door servicing or replacement, we know who to recommend.

Everything went well since the first consultation appointment to the date of installation. They installed a couple of days later than expected but that was due to the weather. The results were great, we really like their final work completion and we're looking forward to having a pedestrian gate built for us soon.

At first I did not know how to approach having custom wood garage doors built for my home. It was a pleasure to work with these guys from start to finish. Their sales guy, Fern?ndo is also a long-time garage door technician and has the knowledge to back the company's expertise. I really like selecting our garage door design, picking the decorative hardware and stain color that would be used on my garage doors. The whole project took about four weeks which was weeks short from the 6 to 8 weeks I was given elsewhere. They always answer their phones, not like you need to call them because they are always on top of everything. Actually, I did call them once - to thank them for the excellent work they did on my doors and how clean and professionals their installers were. If you need custom-built garage doors of great quality and at great prices for what it is that you are getting call these guys at Dynamic Garage Door, they are awesome!
