I would highly recommend them to others. Yes, perhaps I could have saved a little bit of money had we shopped around, but then again - you get what you paid for.

I gave these guys a call Saturday morning at 11.05 am. By 12.05 the tech[William] was there and within maybe an hour and half i had new springs,new cables and he replaced the toasted circuit board in the opener.

I called for an estimate. The person who answereed the phone basically kept giving me a response of "we need to come out [and charge a high fee to even do that] and replace the exterior garage door key, then see if the opening needs also needs to be replaced." Minimal charge was close to $100 -- which needed to be paid just to have them come out!!! As it turned out, all that needed to be done was do have the circuits reset -- a friend came over, looked and told me that immediately. ng they needed to come out, [charge me] and then fix theproblem.

I received a call from Fernando within about 15 minutes I left the message and sent the message from their website. And I was told that the technician would be coming to my place between 3 and 5 pm on the same day, which was great. Technician, Willilam, showed up at about 1 pm. He checked and put the cable back to the roller in no time. Then he checked the sensor and cable to it and found out that sensor is flickering and going bad. Also he found that the cable was chewed by rats. He gave me the quote on the replacement sensor on the spot. I asked him to go ahead and replace the sensors. Since cable was chewed by rats, he also replaced the cabling to the sensors too. I had a very good experience with Dynamic Garage and technician, William. I would definitely contact them again if we have any problme with my garage doors.

At 7:00 am I went to my garage as I was leaving for work and the garage door would not open. I tried several times to open it manually, but no go. Feeling trapped and helpless I needed/wanted this fixed as soon as possible. I went on Angie's List to read reviews on the higher rated garage door companies and Dynamic Garage door was on that list. I called a few other places on Angie's List but was greeted by an answering machine (it was still close to 7 am). I called Dynamic Garage and got a live person on the phone who scheduled the service at 11 am. William, their technician, arrived on time and got right to work and easily detected that the garage spring at the top of the garage door was completely broken. He worked expeditiously and had the garage spring replaced in less than an hour. I was pleased with his ability to focus and confident that the job would get done in a timely, efficient and skilled manner. When he was finished, he gave me some tips on how to maintain my garage door to help minimize excess strain on the springs. He is definitely an asset to the Dynamic Garage Door company. The door has been repaired for about a month now and my garage door is working perfectly.

Our garage door broke and he said we didn't need a new one, but could fix the one we had. He lowered the price from the original estimate. The garage door works better than it ever did.

I called Dynamic Garage Door services on Labor Day weekend, on a long-shot that they might be able to provide same-day service. I had called other "A" rated companies listed on Angie's but no one else was working this weekend. The technician, William, was supposed to arrive sometime between 5-6 pm. To my delight, he came EARLY and was here around 3:30. He looked at the shoddy job that a previous company had performed and knew right away what to do. That previous company by the way had come out SIX times trying to fix their poor workmanship. This would have been the 7th time, but I'm so glad I called Dynamic Garage Door instead. William was very courteous and professional, and as I mentioned, came earlier than expected, which was a welcome surprise given that it was a holiday weekend. He replaced the 20-year old system which was so old that no parts were even available. He did not take any shortcuts. He made adjustments to all of the mounting brackets and arms supporting the door (I still have the lift-style door) and I could tell after he was done that the overall structure was much more sturdy and sound. Even better, the new system is quiet and I can barely tell the door has been opened when I'm inside my house. My old garage system made terrible grinding noises that my neighbors could hear, and I was always afraid the main motor and carriage assembly was ready to drop from the ceiling! I thought the overall price was reasonable for about 3 hours of labor plus replacement of the system. William was more than happy to apply the 10% discount advertised on Angie's List and did not charge me holiday or emergency rates! He was neat in his work, took all the old parts away and left my garage spotless. I am extremely happy with Dynamic Garage Door and would definitely use them again in the future.

He gave a price for the broken spring, after calling 3 or 4 other places We call him back and he made an appointment and was on time and very prepared. He did not have to run to his truck every 5 minutes to get something. We had just had our roof removed and a new one installed (Shulman Roofing, did a wonderful job ) But there was dirt in the garage door tracks we have three roll up doors. He clean those. Ask if he could and did not charge any more for the extra help.Very nice and polite, did not leave any mess even from cleaning up the mess in the tracks.

very satisfied. work was performed quickly. the only wrinkle was that since the door was down it was difficult for me to move things out of the way so that access could be obtained to allow work on the door.

They came out on time and were nice.Said something about the bearings or something like that had to be replaced.He shut the garage door and went to work.They were done in about 15 min. I asked the parts but he never showed them to me.Mr. Garica called from Dynamic and we talk about a price. He said it would be $130.00 and I told him I had a coupon for 10% off the price so he said he would charge me $120.00 and that he would send me a invoice via email to me which I never got so don't know how much he charged.will have to call Mr. Garica for invoice. Don't know if I would use these people again.I really don't know what they did or how much they charged me because no recipt was given to me.

Can not say enough good things about this company.Very satisfied customer. Professional and Considerate:Kept us updated of his arrival time. We didn't need to waste time waiting between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm for a technician to show-up. Even waited for us when we were running late from an appointment.Installation and work was neat and clean. He even programmed garage door opener button in our vehicles.Thorough and knowledgeable:Checked and adjusted not only the garage door opener, but the springs and alignment as well.

Everything went as planned. the man from Dynamic also adjusted, aligned and lubricated the garage door so its now very quiet.

I bought the garage door openers, but Dynamic Garage Door came out and installed them. They put in two garage doors openers and replaced the springs. I got the best price from them. I called them one day and they came the very next morning to complete the work. They did a great job, I really like them.

Dynamic was great to work with. I had expected to take time off of work to get the garage door repaired, but they were able to come out in the evening just a few hours after I called them. They arrived during the one hour window they had given me, and were done in less than an hour. They were curteous and professional. The garage door now has new springs and it makes a lot less noise when opening.

Unfortunately, I started my weekend by accidentally lowering my 2 place garage door right onto my hand truck first thing Saturday morning which bent the bracket pretty good, unspooled one of the reels and made it so it would not close at all. I got onto Anigies list and started looking for a company that did service calls on Saturdays and I called a couple of different companies with no luck until I called Dynamic Garage Doors. The fellow said he could send someone by sometime between 6-8 which I said would work just fine. I got a call from the service person - Fenando - about 7 saying the job that he was working on was running late but he was still coming to fix my door. He arrived about 9 and proceeded to "tune" my door right back into place and within an hour my garage door was operating properly again. Then my mind turned to just how much $$ this late night Saturday service was going to cost me I thought......it turns out it was $95 total. A fantastic value with an excellent service tech - Fernando - who was not only very skilled but a very nice guy as well. I would recommend Dynamic Garage Door to anyone who wants excellent garage door service at a fair price.

It went very well. They were professional, reliable, on time and worked quickly. They also did a good job of cleaning up.

I contacted the company in the late morning or early afternoon and its representative made an appointment to have the technician arrive between 5 and 7 pm that very day. He arrived at 6:15 and worked non-stop until after 8 pm, even though it was a Friday evening.

On Sat. I opened my garage door but all of sudden it just stopped. So after taking a look the track was sagging down and the open gap prevented the door to move further. I called Dynamic because they were the only one listed on Angies List that was opened on the week-ends. I called around 3 pm and no one picked up and I had left a message. I received a phone message around 6pm and was asked to return the call. However, I returned the call on Sunday morning around 10 am. I was informed that he was unavailable but will transfer the request and someone will call me back. I asked about the cost of the service and was told the service call will be $120 and any additional cost of parts that might be needed. About 30 minutes later Francisco from Dynamic called and asked about the problem and informed me that he need to go back to the shop to pick up materials and will be at my location by 12:00pm at the latest. I received a call around 11:50 to let me know that due to traffic that he was running late and will be there soon. By 12:20, he had arrived at my garage and he assess the problem and informed me that it was screws that was missing. So he replaced the screws and checked and tightened all the screws. Then he lubricated all the joints area. He was very friendly and was patient with any questions I had.

He brought down one of his designers when he came to do the repair. They not only repair, but can specifically design a garage door for your personal requirements. I was very impress that he brought the designer. My existing garage door, does not match my house. The designer was able to see my space, and learn what I needed. This is a young company, and they take it serious. I was impressed that he didn't try to up sell me with this simple repair. He suggested moving the sensors to the frame of the garage, making the operation more efficient. He also did another minor repair, at no charge.

On March 7th 2012 they came out and quickly installed my new garage door opener. In detail they explained why the recommended the one I got for a wood door. The only problem I had is with the installer having someone get back to me with an estimate to replace the hardware. No one ever got back to me. After a few weeks I called and got a estimate and had the company come out and complete the hardware replacement. They did a wonderful job. I would use them again.

I searched Angie's List for a good servie provider after having a bad experience with a previous vendor (not on Angie's List). I chose Dynamic because of their close proximity and good reviews. I called, but got an answering machine. I did not get an immediate response, and called again about 3 hours later. I spoke with Roger and he agreed to come out that day. Within 10 minutes I got a second call from Fernando (the owner)--he did not know I had just called again and spoken with Roger--he was responding to my original message. Roger came and assessed the situation--he said we did not need a new garage door (which the previous guy had insisted we did.) We did need a new opener because the original one (30+ years old) was dangerous. It would not stop once it started closing and could have caught a child or animal (or car)--which was the reason we called in the first place. He asked questions to determine what our priorities were, and recommended a specific unit. He gave a price and said it could be installed the next day or Saturday--I chose Saturday. Roger arrived Saturday morning and had the entire job completed by 11:00 a.m. It works beautifully and is quieter than the old one. Roger was very professional and did a great job, including adjusting the door alignment and lubricating the door as well as the new opener. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
