Dear Memeber, I am sorry that you did not have an A plus experience with our company. We take this very seriously as we want to make sure all of our customer's are completely satisfied. After reviewing the information I found that we only charged you $150 to clear a toilet stoppage. I also saw that we had to come back there due to warranty to clear the stoppage again for no charge. Is there anything that we could have done differently to make you happy? We feel that we took care of your problem in a timely and efficient manor with a fair price. They are very thorough, I like that they have top of the line of anything you need. If something goes wrong with anything they do, they are happy to come back to fix it. They are very accommodating to our needs. Everything has turned out very well. They are great people to work with.
Description of Work: They've completed a ton of work for our home and rental property. They have fixed several things for us. They’ve upgraded an air duct system, completed plumbing work, put in a new furnace and they also put in an alarm system on our sump pump.

Everything turned out fine. They were somewhat expensive, but overall the people were very nice and the work turned out good.
Description of Work: We've used their service several times. I had them install a heater. They also installed an A/C unit. I also had them put flexible tubes that weren't going to cause any leaking under the sink.

The guy who came out was really nice and gave me a lot of tips on what I can do myself but his estimates were a bit steep so we couldn’t use their company.

They are always professional, helpful, and honest. I know that we won't have any problems at all with our units. They are also very prompt and corteous. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Description of Work: About a year ago they helped us get new energy efficient heating and air conditioning units. In November they came out and did general maintainence on the units. I have also used them for air duct cleaning.

They told me I needed a whole new system. This system is the same age as the house. They said it was too old and I had to replace the whole thing. I had one of my friends come over and look at it. At the time, he was working for another heating comany. He simply changed the ignition switch and it has been working since.

Dear Member, I apologize for your inconvenience and that you are upset that our technician recommended that you replace your heating and cooling system. I would like to say that your system is 33 years old and typical HVAC systems last anywhere between 10-15 years. Given the age of your unit it is past its life and could end up costing you a lot in repairs the next time it goes down. Much like a car they can only last so long so my technician was simply recommending that you replace your unit due to the age because it will save you money and be more efficient for your house. However I will be talking with my tech about not giving you different options. If in fact your furnace needed an ignition switch than my tech should have quoted to install that for you as well. Dial One Sonshine wants to make sure we are giving our customers top quality service and value at all times. If there is anything we can do please don't hesitate to call so that we can make things right. They were very professional and took good care of us. We have continued to use them frequently for all different kinds of problems. I was very pleased with the way they negotiated the price. They even gave us a discount when they came back out a second time to do more work. They used high quality windows that have cut down on the noise level and the electric bill. They have done a good job. The owner himself came out to look over the work. All of the employees were very professional.
