Certified did an excellent job repairing the extensive damage done by Terminix. I also had them add two extra ceiling vents and re seal all flashing. They did a great job and finished in one day.

My parent?s house had a significant amount of rotted and damaged fascia board due to an incorrect roof installation done by the previous homeowner. The roof was relatively new (about 5-7 years old), but already had two major leaks and rotted fascia board. It goes to show you that it is very important to have a roof properly installed, or else all the money spent on new shingles goes to waste (you get leaks no matter how new the shingles if it?s not done right). Because there was signficant amount of damaged fascia, rafters, and shiplap, I decided to re-roof the whole house and replace all the fascia boards and I wanted to make sure this time around, it gets installed correctly. After getting a few quotes, I decided on Certified Roofing Specialists. Jose Vazquez was extremely patient and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and explained the installation process and all the materials to be used when he gave me his quote. We agreed on a date, and his crew came on time every day. His supervisor, Adrienne was very knowledgeable and very helpful on answering all questions and concerns during the job. I was present during the installation and also came on top of the roof to observe the crew. So I can say without a doubt that the supervisor and crew did a great job. The crew was done with the whole job in pretty much two days!! Everything that was agreed on per the contract was completed properly and there were no cutting corners on installation or materials. I think I got a great deal: premium materials used, professional installation, and great customer service. I am happy with the whole installation from start to finish. I am pretty confident that now, my parent?s house will have no problems with leaks or bad fascia from improper roof installation. Mo shi
