BRIGHT ELECTRIC INC.

OK, so I'll start off by saying I did not contract directly with Bright Electric. However, I did use one of his electricians, Rick Holman - who works here. this guy was a piece of work. I wanted him to prepare a wall for under cabinets lights. He came over and made a huge mess drilling into the walls. Now I know the holes are necessary, but to not cleanup is just rude. that was the least of my problems. He ran AV (audio visual) wire through the walls. My neightbor who is a GC came over and advised that was the wrong wire and not to code. Next, he installed a door bell. this dude didn't use anchors and just screwed right into the drywall. Well guess what, the door bell came down and now that is broken. I paid this idiot $400. I requested the money back, and he venmo me $4. Last by not least, when I called him, he went off about me being a F'in Democrat and Libtard. Funny because I'm Republican. I just want everyone know what kind of person they are letting in their home. I did call Mark Bright about this and he offered no help here.

They did a great job.

I noticed that the power went out in my kitchen around 1:00 am. Called three other electricians around 7 am, even one that advertizes 24/7 emergency service, all went to recordings and none got back to me within a reasonable time. i gave up and called Mark Bright around 8:30, he answered my call and was at my home working on the problem within an hour. Mark didn't have the parts and left, his associate showed up and finished the project by around 2pm. All the other people I called did return my phone call but wouldn't have been able to start until late in the afternoon. Enough said!

I called and they sent an electrician in 1/2 hour. The guy was very professional and experienced. He had the new outlet working in less than 1/2 hour.

Mark was very professional and I would use his service in the future if I hadn't gotten a referral from my brother for an electrician he recommended.
