Description of Work: We had a leak in our in ground jacuzzi. Dan throughly explained the problem and gave a choice of solutions with no pressure and time to decide. He checked all the jets and equipment and did not charge us for his time or consultation. We have used them before with good results and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Spent a bit too long being thorough, but ultimately detected the slab leak properly. We did not hire American to repair the slab leak, however. Instead we used another plumber who used American's diagnosis to repair the leak.

Description of Work: They did not find the leak and informed me that the leak was not in in my unit (A Townhome). They said that they would email a copy of their report to me but never did. The plumber for the HOA found the leak in about 10 minutes (in my unit).
