Description of Work: I needed my drapes taken down and cleaned. These were in the master bedroom.

Description of Work: I wanted my bedroom drapes and sheers cleaned while our bedroom and ceilings were being painted. I got an estimate over the phone. Raymond showed up promptly on the day before the work was to be done. While he was there to pick up my drapes, he was more than helpful in rehanging my living room drapes, which my painters had rehung incorrectly after finishing the living room and dining room the previous month. Raymond said he would fix my dining room drapes when he came back with my curtains. | |My bedroom drapes and sheers came out beautifully. They needed hemming, which was done. Raymond was on time and, as he said before, rehung my dining room curtains also. The painters had put the wrong drapes on the wrong rods previously. | |Raymond spent alot of time helping me. He was very courteous, professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needed their drapes cleaned!

Description of Work: Remove, cleaned and rehung custom, lined pinch-pleated drapes and swag valance covering an entire 13 foot wall. Cleaned and lubricated travis rod and repositioned hooks so curtains hung at original length. Curtains look just as they did when initially installed. Great job. After talking on the phone, then at my house to give me an estimate, I was convinced A&A new what they were doing. Therefore, I hired them right away. I did not compare price to any other cleaner so I cannot comment whether it was high or low. It seemed reasonable for all the work involved and the fact that I had NO problems at all!

Description of Work: These people were a pleasure to do business with. They agreed to come further than they usually do to pick up and deliver our drapes. They were very warm and friendly and professional. They did an excellent job, including on the silhouettes, which we had been told (by another company) could not be cleaned. They are a family business and there was definitely that feeling about them, a very rare thing these days. We enjoyed our interaction with them and would recommend them very highly.

Description of Work: My husband was going into the hospital for a stem cell transplant and when he returned the house had to be CLEAN. Ray cleaned drapes, cornice boxes, bedspreads, pillows and curtains.

Description of Work: This is the best. They removed the curtains, cleaned them wonderfully and re-hung and dressed them. They looked better than they did new!

Description of Work: We were having our place painted, so we decided it was a good time to also have our drapes cleaned. We wanted someone who would come to our home and pick up the drapes, clean them offsite and reinstalled them when they were done. We selected A&A because (1) it had all A ratings on Angies List and (2) they were in Orange County. Ray came to our place in Anaheim Hills from Santa Ana. He was on time based upon our telephone appointment. He gave us an onsite estimate of cost and time before any work was performed. He then took down the living room/dining room drapes and took them to his shop. We agreed that he would return them 6 days later after our paint job was done. The cleaned drapes look fantastic. Rayalso did our sheers, which never looked so good! Ray is a very friendly and personable person. He has been in the drape cleaning business for years. Enjoyed doing business with him.

Description of Work: Raymond took down 2 sets of drapes, 3 valances, cleaned upholstered cornice boxes and a full set of queen- size bedding. Everything was cleaned and re-hung in the time promised in a most professional way. A&A was wonderful to work with and their cleaning process made my window treatments look new!

Description of Work: Raymond came to the house and cleaned two sets of draperies in place. First, he vacuumed them thoroughly, then he cleaned them. He removed another balloon shade and took it to his factory to clean. He brought it back and re-hung it two days later.
