 + -1 moreWhat a lifesaver!!! I had emergency work needed and was in from out of town. Dan came as a referral from family. He purchased the items needed to complete this very important job and was over with in 24 hrs. Everything was installed, explained, and cleaned up in no time. Better yet.... I needed something modified and he was over the same day and got it done!! CAN NOT RECOMEND MORE HIGHLY!!

 + -1 moreAn excellent contractor, I've never met a contractor that is so conscientious and constantly checking. I got him because he did a bunch of work at my daughters house. He gave me a price and I went with him. The quote was $14,800 but we did a bunch of add ons and that was our choice. It came out to $17000. He'll be doing everything that I have done in the house. Well I know what it would have cost us with other people. I probably saved at least $8000 and got a he** of a lot more quality. I didn't go for the money but I had him come quote after seeing the work he did at my daughters house and the price he gave her. I thought well let's see what he does. I said oh my gosh, so I said have Dan come over and give us a quote. Because of being able to see what he put out and then his quote, about $8000 cheaper than anyone else, it was like OK.
Description of Work: He gave us an estimate. The work is in the midst of it.

 + -1 moreEven though Dan showed up late to get started, he was at least professional enough to call ahead. The price was very reasonable and I feel like I got my money's worth even though they were some clean up issues as well.
Description of Work: Dan repaired a 150 square feet of drywall on our ceiling and sprayed a pop corn texture on it. The job took about 5 days.
